Linekin Bay Resort

My partner and I had a wonderful time. We had a beautiful view and our room was very clean. The grounds were well kept and the plants were stunning. The breakfast was a wide selection buffet style. And it also had a cozy appeal to it at time where I would like to go back for a longer stay. The staff were very friendly and Jordan was a big help. Highly recommend this resort!

Anchored off the resort. They welcomed us at the dock, and allowed us to tie up during their visit. Moorings available as well. Modest resort fee to use their pool and water sports. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on their deck. Would love to spend a week here in their camp environment! A hidden gem!

Nearby activities: Close to, but away from the crowds in Boothbay Harbor.

Food and drinks: Full bar, great food and service in a camp setting, and a spectacular location.

We visited the Linekin for the first time to celebrate my in laws 40th wedding anniversary. I stumbled upon this resort on tik tok and saw it was newly renovated with availability so we jumped on it. We came from Chicago to visit Maine for a week and absolutely loved our 3 night stay at this resort.

Although kid friendly it did have adult camp vibes, some of our highlights: the views!!! (We stayed in the west waterfront lodge), free kayaking and mini boat tour ride, amazing free breakfast, newly renovated rooms, live music, free ice cream social, bingo and drinks by the pool. Seems to be targeted to families but we had a great time with six adults.

Some pointers: We did arrive at night (like 8:30 pm), so there was no front desk person to check us in but I called before letting them know and they were able to coordinate a way to get our keys and it all worked out. Also took us a minute to navigate the grounds in the dark. ? If you stay in the west lodge, it is above the bar/restaurant but it closed pretty early so didn’t bother us with noise etc. also smells like wood/fire because of the fireplace.

Overall, so happy with our stay and found that there was a little something for everyone. ? would definitely go back!

We have not stayed at the resort but it is a favorite destination for dining. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is truly special. A really fun place to spend the afternoon or have dinner.

We come every year for a sibling reunion. The location is ideal and relaxing. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and well-supplied. The staff are friendly and very service oriented. We are looking forward to our next visit to this memorable resort.

You can sail, kayak, swim, paddle board, or relax. You will see seals and porpoises while kayaking...
They serve the best breakfast!
The rooms are really clean and the bed was comfortable.
Everyone is so nice and accommodating.

I can’t straight post .. so I will leave this here…. I am a Paramedic with Boothbay Region Ambulance Service… THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for lunch this past Wednesday!! It was amazing!!

We stayed at a mooring ball on our sailboat. Access to most of the resort was a part of our mooring fee. The pool is nice, they have a guest laundry, the dinghy dock is good. The level of service is amazing! Every employee seems to want your stay to be pleasant.
We saw lots of families. They supply enough water sports, lawn games, and table games to keep everyone happy and entertained.

Nearby activities: A free trolley runs to Boothbay and surrounding communities.

If I could give 20 stars I would. My family has been coming here for over 15 years and we can’t get enough of it. It’s the highlight of our years. Staff is great, food is great, and the views are to die for!

Another great vacation at Linekin!
We love the breakfast, kayaks, and heated saltwater pool the most. This year we enjoyed the ice cream social and s'mores night, too. Despite the rainy weather, we were happy just relaxing in our cabin (or the lodge) or finding rocks on the sand beach. Perfect location for trips to Boothbay for sweets, books, souvenirs and a few meals. Thanks again for a great stay ? ?

Nearby activities: In Boothbay Harbor you can find restaurants, coffee shops, Maine-made ice cream, books, souvenirs and fresh popcorn ? you can take a boat ride to a clambake, whale watch, puffin peering, and/or a harbor tour.
The Maine Botanical Gardens are a few miles away, plus the Aquarium, Damariscotta, and Bath.

I booked three vacation weeks at Linekin Bay Resort. I cancelled one week in writing, with specific cancellation dates. My cancellation was confirmed the next day concurrent with euthanizing our dog. Due to the circumstances, I noted the cancellation email, but did not read it.

A week later LBR called to inquire if we were going to visit on the week that we cancelled. That's when I learned that the wrong weeks were canceled. I contacted the manager Garry to correct this error.

Garry was upset, rude and said he and all staff were stressed and he wouldABSOLUTELY NOT correct this mistake despite my confirmation number on March 4th. He offered us another room, but we would have to change in the middle of our stay to a room without air conditioning. HE TOLD ME THEY WERE MAKING LOTS OF BOOKING MISTAKES. I asked to speak to the owner and refused to provide their name. He was quite rude.

IF YOU WANT A SUMMER VACATION YOU CAN COUNT ON, IT'S CERTAINLY NOT HERE

Rooms: OK. Lots of broken items. Curtains, toilet paper holder. Very dirty rug that's been there for 5 years. Renovation?
