service and owner was extremely rude, food was priced fine but genuinely bad. Cash only which is totally fine but the atmosphere was just awkward. Wouldn't recommend, go somewhere else unless in a crunch.

Excellent place for breakfast! Not a ton of choices, but everything is great. Best egg sandwich, light with jalapenos and cheese. No frills,no pretentiousness. Just a nice breakfast without the price. Great staff, attentive and responsive. free parking out back.

What a perfect quintessential Maine breakfast spot. Almost didn’t come due to the grump and his lousy review but glad I did. Simple indeed but the blueberry waffle we had was PERFECT, fluffy and not soggy as restaurant waffles usually are. My kids loved it although I ate at least half of it. I got the breakfast sandwich which had a nice kick to it, stuffed with light eggs. Totally simple, no sauce or anything but really satisfying. The espresso was also surprisingly good, my cappuccino was not only drinkable but I would come back for another. Again unusual for small town cafes to have good coffee. Last thing to point out is that’s it’s cheap, especially compared to places in town.

Seems to be this is one of our go to breakfast spots in Boothbay. This place is cash only so be prepared before you go, but they do have an ATM there if you forget! This place can get busy, so be prepared for a little wait, but things move fast here. Food is consistently good, and staff is friendly and quick. The waffles are mind blowing!!

Parking: There is a lot behind the restaurant, but it does full up quickly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the back of the restuarant.

Excellent food and amazing coffee! Highly recommend the waffles.

The service doesn’t match the food quality. We were a group of 6 and our server refused to sit us all at 1 table (there were plenty, they didn’t want to push them together). When it was time for the bill, we asked for them to be separate. The waitress refused, saying that she already divided the bill according to tables and had already written our order down… so just rewrite it? We felt like we were inconveniencing them. Very awkward encounter.

We just stopped in for coffee and a pastry. Delicious! I had a perfectly toasted croissant. A friend tried the homemade blueberry cake, loved it. And some toast. Took a long time to get the order , but it was really tasty.

Well this was disappointing. Walked in at noon. Was told they wouldn't be able to serve us because they closed at 1. Seriously. There was not 1 person waiting to be seated & there were open tables with several people about to pay. Bizarre response. We said we'd wait & see but then left to go somewhere we were wanted.

Food was your typical breakfast food, nothing special. Waited about 1.5 hours for an omelet and 3 eggs… Server didn’t seem to care that we had to wait so long, mind you the restaurant wasn’t that busy. I was still hungry after I finished my whole meal. Would not recommend.
