We went today after trying Brady’s and Sprague’s. Shannon’s Unshelled blows them out of the water! We are only up here for the week and have been driving by every day saying it looks like the perfect roadside stop. We were not wrong! We are going to make a point to go back before we head back home. 1000000/10. The lobster basket with the blueberry coleslaw was everything I hoped it would be and more! The garlic sea salt butter is perfection. Clam chowder was excellent, too. You won’t be disappointed!

Good roll Meat was clean, no dressing. Melted butter was ACTUALLY garlic butter. Wish I had known before adding to the roll (thought it would butter the bready part) Nice presentation. Orchid is pretty though tbh not very coastal Maine 🤷🏻♂️ “Blueberry” Slaw was not very inspired but welcomed. Nice crunch. Fried were good Just wanted a roll though got pushed to the “basket” $40 ish with an ice tea.

Had a lobster roll, blueberry slaw, onion rings and a black raspberry whoopie pie. Lobster was nice and tender and they overstuffed the roll with 2 claws and a tail. It comes plain with a warm garlic butter on the side. Excellent. Sides were good. Never had a whoopie pie before - loved it.

We were Looking for a good full lobster roll and we found it! Delicious! Ordered online and was made exactly how we wanted and ready when we got there. Opted for the seaweed salad and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely recommend!

Nice place for nasic seafood shack items. Plenty of parking and several picnic tables plus inside dining. We had the fish basket and the haddock sandwich. Both came with fries and your choice of seaweed salad or blueberry coleslaw. We opted for the slaw, which was just ok...not a lot of flavor, but the rest of the food was excellent. Very friendly service. Prices were a little on the high side compared to what we've had at other shacks.

The presentation of the Lobster roll was beautiful. I wish I took a picture before we ate it. It was delicious a plenty of it. The homemade Pumpkin Latte cake was also incredible. Thank you for the delicious food and wonderful hospitality.

Best lobster we’ve had in Maine! Shannon served us a generous portion of tasty lobster at a great price…and packaged it so we could bring it back to our room to reheat later. Getting French fries instead of “the standard” potato chips was an unexpected bonus. Great attitude and customer service made this business our local favorite!! Thank you Shannon (and mom) for a great meal!!!

Plenty of outdoor seating and some inside seating as well, which is not evident from photos.
Very friendly and helpful owners.
