I was cfo of national chain for years. This is worst franchise I've ever seen. Sloppy store. Staff don't care and are sarcastic. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Seriously. I usually only write positive reviews but feel the need to protect humanity from places like this.

Showed up for coffee and was told that they couldn’t take any in-house orders because they were short-staffed and the mobile orders needed to be filled. Mobile orders take precedence over people in the store?? Wow.

Management Take Note: It's May 11th, 2025 & Ryley is working here all alone on a Saturday morning. She is a Rockstar, very sweet and doing the best she can, but this is not fair to her or to the customers. She needs at least 2 other people to handle this volume of business.

Worst experience ive ever had anywhere. Went in 10 minutes before close and waited 5 minutes before an employee came in from outside. Employee basically told me to leave and that the coffee would be cold if I stayed and ordered. Had me order on the tablet while telling me to hurry up. Told me that next time I should show up earlier. Was slamming things around as she made the drinks and muttering under her breath about how pissed she was. Slid drinks across the counter angrily and than walked out back. Called and spoke to a manager the next day who said she would refund us and send a gift card. It’s been almost a month and she never did either

This was hopefully a one-off but a young trainee was left by himself to run the store when we came in last night. The register was down so I had to use the pad at the counter to place my order of two lattes. When I came to get my order, the trainee said another employee had left and he hadn't been trained yet on how to make lattes. The purchase couldn't get taken off my account as it'd already gone through on my card so the trainee offered alternate drinks instead. I told him we had to be on our way and we couldn't wait any longer. So he gave me money out of his wallet for the lattes we couldn't get. It was very kind of him to do that. I just hope he gets reimbursed. I felt bad for the trainee and don't blame him of course. Unless it was an emergency, I fault the other employee for leaving the poor guy hanging. It might have been better if they just closed early.

Was going to stop to buy a coffee and pee, but I had to pee bad enough I refused to go in… it’s posted on the door only patrons can use the bathroom.. I couldn’t wait through the line so I refused to use this… even if I hadn’t had to pee I would have left… it irritates me when buisnesses in tourist area block bathroom use.. if you want customers to use facilities then stop denying access to facilities!!!

Closed again… it seems to happen all the time these days. I ordered coffee on the app on my way to work at 5:30am. Still not open. I do not see a means for a refund on the app. What gives Dunkin?
