Was going to stop to buy a coffee and pee, but I had to pee bad enough I refused to go in… it’s posted on the door only patrons can use the bathroom.. I couldn’t wait through the line so I refused to use this… even if I hadn’t had to pee I would have left… it irritates me when buisnesses in tourist area block bathroom use.. if you want customers to use facilities then stop denying access to facilities!!!

Closed again… it seems to happen all the time these days. I ordered coffee on the app on my way to work at 5:30am. Still not open. I do not see a means for a refund on the app. What gives Dunkin?

Service was horrible. One person there working, wasn't serving the customers line was long and people had been waiting for no joke 20+ minutes. That's sad.

Cameron and Kelly showcased ideal customer service! They were incredible nice and helped walk my drinks to my car when I could not carry all of them. Great people, great quality dunkin!

I waited 10 minutes for an order of hash browns and when i got them they were luke warm. The dunkin employee looked very high. Why would an owner allow his/her staff to get high at work. Very unprofessional. lazy owner needs to do his/her job. I never see the owner at the location, just a single person even when its busy. Meanwhile subway runs just fine.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, Kelly is working a shift here trying her hardest to prepare atleast 20 different meals, I'm truly angry at management having only Kelly here giving 110% to try and make all these customers happy.

Placed a mobile order drinks were ready in less than 5 minutes. Never received my sandwich even though I asked about it twice and then watched her. Erase my order off the screen and ignore me for 5 minutes.

Staff completely overwhelmed. No other DDs in the area, one shouldn’t have to wait 10 mins for mobile app to be filled… both days not ready—-why have mobile app then? I will say the Staff does try but they need more people on for peak times to keep up with demand. This is an ownership / management problem.
