Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in over 30 years of patronage. Must be the most poorly managed location in the entire franchise. Woefully understaffed, the employees try the best, but they get swamped and can never catch up to orders. I have paid for NUMEROUS online orders, only to arrive and WAIT more than 15 minutes for the order (along with 10+ other customers also waiting), only to have to leave because I could not wait any longer. I’ve easily lost $30+ dollars at this place. Today, I placed an online order only to drive up and see a sign on the door “we are closed.” ON A SATURDAY MORNING. I will never see that $7 from that online order. Honestly, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY and FRUSTRATION, and drive to the DD in Wiscasset. I just hope, really hope, another franchise opener opens a DD within 5 miles of this one because it will put this one out of business or force them to get their act together.

We read all the bad reviews, when we visited it was in the morning and had no issues.We would recommend ordering ahead on the app and the coffee would be right inside the door.Yes, there's no drive-thru but it was convenient and less than a 30 second stop with the order ahead.We would return if we're in the area again. I gave it one star down on the atmosphere because it isn't the nicest building as compared to other modern locations.

Only had 2 workers with a full store of people, and there are flies, it is not a good establishment and should be closed. I recommend wiscasset or damariscotta for the closest dunkins to go to. DONT GO TO BOOTHBAY DUNKIN DONUTS!!
Make sure you allow for a 20-30 wait from the time you open their door.Employees are surly, unpleasant and slovenly.Physical location is a PIGPEN, in-store spills, not cleaned up, outside is a garbage dump.Locations owner obviously does not care.I strongly recommend you visit any other store for your food and beverage as this location is just not worth it.Store is meant to be open at 5am, that rarely happens.Save yourself the stress and hassle, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I feel like I need to wash the bottom of my shoes just from walking in this store. I love Dunkin but geez, someone call the health department. Exceedingly unsanitary and ended up being too scared to eat my food which was prepared with gloved hands that had touched every possible dirty surface in this joint.
