Always good ice cream. I miss the salted caramel blizzard already
I’ve ordered here multiple times, and too often the ice cream does not seem to be made right - it is melting either as it is handed over or within a minute of receiving it. Additionally, I’ve gotten sick more than once afterwards - which hasn’t happened at other Dairy Queens I’ve gone to (but I understand it is hard to pinpoint the exact cause without having “confirmation bias” in mind.)
It’s a shame because this location is close to our home and I usually enjoy DQ treats, but we’ll just find somewhere else to go now!
I want to add a little more context before ending the review: in reading other reviews, the quality/melting issues are not isolated to us. Additionally, it was 55 degrees Fahrenheit the last time we ordered, so I can’t blame the temperature on it melting!
My son and I were so excited to see DQ open! Pulled up to the drive thru and the girls must have forgotten to mute their mics. I can't say that I enjoyed hearing them talking about their bowel movements and bodily functions ( I cleaned up the language for the review) while waiting to place my order. I let the girl working the register know that her mic was on and we could hear everything they were saying. She responded by calling me rude and slamming the window in my face. Not worth the watery milkshake!
Blizzards were good - hit the spot! Was surprised they didn't serve any food.

Not as Nice as the Bangor Team is ☹️ Never flip out Blizzard's up and down like it shows on TV. I don't like to be rushed I want to look at these menu and they're asking are you ready when I'm the only one in line. As much as they charge for a Blizzard I think Training the Young Staff some Manner's would greatly be appreciated by many.
Thank you, I hope you take the time to read this.

Love sitting in the fresh air. Outdoor space is relaxing, fenced in from the busy main road, and clean!

Workers are always so pleasant and attentive. Service is fast and accurate!
Probably the best Soft Serve around, but almost $10 for a small cone & small shake is ridiculously expensive.
The service was good and so was the ice cream
Greeted with a smile! Service was great and the ice cream refreshing!
If I could give a zero I would! No customer service whatso ever. The lady on the speaker was just plain rude and obviously annoyed with our visit or her job? I simply asked for extra hot fudge and got two tiny spots of fudge and for 11 bucks for a thrown together banana split and a vanilla dipped cone…. I won’t be coming back!! Way to go unfriendly, lazy workers! Way to go !
