The kids really loved their blizzards. Silas had a Superman blizzard and thought it was great. Angie had a mint chocolate chip and loved it. They ate all of it. I was being a little nostalgic and ordered a cherry Mr. Misty float and thought it would be just like it used to be when I was a kid, that it would taste like a cherry dreamsicle. That's not what I tasted. It was so incredibly sour. I couldn't drink it. I took one taste of the slushie part the Mr. Misty part and I had to give up. After one sip. I gave it to one of the kids and it was too sour for him to drink and he loves sour things, that was pretty crazy. I'm thinking with the new fascination of everything super sour that the recipe probably changed but please change it back. Dairy Queen, I think it was a big mistake to change the formula, a pleasant, sweet and creamy treat is a really great way to go. Not overly puckered mouth unpleasant undrinkable, I hope they change it back!

Was in there 1245 today ordered 2 cones gave the young girl which I wont mention her name didn't give me back my change told her about it she said I only gave her a 5 which is bullshit cause the ice cream came close to 10 dollars ice creams were so small will never be back to such a dishonest rude place again plenty of other places to go

Iāve ordered here multiple times, and too often the ice cream does not seem to be made right - it is melting either as it is handed over or within a minute of receiving it. Additionally, Iāve gotten sick more than once afterwards - which hasnāt happened at other Dairy Queens Iāve gone to (but I understand it is hard to pinpoint the exact cause without having āconfirmation biasā in mind.)
Itās a shame because this location is close to our home and I usually enjoy DQ treats, but weāll just find somewhere else to go now!
I want to add a little more context before ending the review: in reading other reviews, the quality/melting issues are not isolated to us. Additionally, it was 55 degrees Fahrenheit the last time we ordered, so I canāt blame the temperature on it melting!

My son and I were so excited to see DQ open! Pulled up to the drive thru and the girls must have forgotten to mute their mics. I can't say that I enjoyed hearing them talking about their bowel movements and bodily functions ( I cleaned up the language for the review) while waiting to place my order. I let the girl working the register know that her mic was on and we could hear everything they were saying. She responded by calling me rude and slamming the window in my face. Not worth the watery milkshake!

Havent been to this DQ (Brewer ME) in about 20 years. Staff was exceptional and engaging. The experience was pleasant,unlocked some core memories.

Not as Nice as the Bangor Team is ā¹ļø Never flip out Blizzard's up and down like it shows on TV. I don't like to be rushed I want to look at these menu and they're asking are you ready when I'm the only one in line. As much as they charge for a Blizzard I think Training the Young Staff some Manner's would greatly be appreciated by many.
