Went threw the drive threw the other day got uncooked bacon not toasted toast and hardly glazed with avocado. Went in today blond lady had an attitude said no manager there not her problem I go everyday and buy a dozen coffee and a regular coffee at least and also stop in the afternoon. Thinking might be time to switch to aroma joes or tim hortons to spend the money. I mean have a attitude with someone spending at least 3000 at your business a year and treat them badly prob ain’t a good idea

The morning crew on state st in Brewer are fantastic. Talk about great service. They know there customers by name and remember ur orders. Ur not just a customer, they make u feel special. Management is professional and hands on with there team. Ashley, jeydon, liz and Tallie are wonderful.

This location is awful. I've gone here twice in the past week and both experiences are why I won't be back.
First, I ordered a 5 dollar meal. Got to the window, they tell me they were out of tortillas. They had already made my coffee, but didn't give it to me or offer me a sandwich or something as a substitute.
2nd was today. I got an iced coffee and it was literally the worst iced coffee I've ever had. It tasted burnt. I let my daughter (who works at another Dunkin location) taste it and she agreed that it was awful. I couldn't even drink it. I wish I had tasted it before I left Brewer.

Went through the drive up on Friday ask for 2 glazed sticks- git 2 chocolate sticks. Went through today asked for a glazed stick girl a plain glazed donut- Went back through to get the correct donut and so girl yells out... you gotta take that other donut back. So the girl at the windiw took it and threw it in the trash.
Disgusting behavior due to their mistake!

This has been the only time I have debated just leaving my food and taking off from a fast food place
The food came out slow it took about 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich to come out when there was not many people through the drive through.
When they did decide to get it out it was burnt and black (They also always get my drinks wrong) The team in the back had no coordination or any sense of urgency
There were people arguing in the back that completely threw off my mood
Thanks to this dunkin it has ruined my morning
I would have much rather have went 2 minutes up the road to the other Dunkin at 17 Schilling Dr Brewer, ME 04412 United States I recommend this one as they are fast and respectful and come out great each time
I will not be going back to this dunkin and I advise you not to either
I ordered a drink with my points, and I tried to use 700 points for a latte. The kid couldn't figure out how to do it, so he got his manager. She said the app can be finicky and order something else to go with it. I ordered some doughnut holes and waited for my latte. About 10 minutes later, the kid asked if I was picking up a door dash. I said no, I am still waiting for my latte. He said oh. You decided not to order it so you don't have one. SERIOUSLY, SMH. I just walked out and went to Aroma Joe's and got good service and a great latte.

My mother was given wrong order and then treated like she did something wrong instead of order just being fixed. Then once they gave her right order it was burnt. She was given nothing but attitude by manager on duty. They seem to pick and choose who they are nice too. Not a dunkin I would recommend to anyone. And never going back!

Just has the WORST customer service I’ve had in a very long time. When ordering my coffee I forgot to mention that I wanted oatmilk, and the employee did not ask me if I wanted any cream or sugar. When putting up to the window and politely asking them to add oatmilk to my coffee (before I paid… as I would’ve paid for the oatmilk), an employee named Tyler scoffed at me, rolled his eyes, and said “are you kidding me? I’ve already made the coffee. Next time you need to tell me WHILE ORDERING!” I was so taken back but how rude this employee was to me… when the next person came to the window I let them know that I was very upset with the costumer service I jus experienced… and all she says to me is “well I’m a shift leader… just give him a break, he’s having a bad day”. Not an apology or anything. Just telling me to “give him a break”. I will absolutely not be going back to this Dunkin after this, I am just so appalled by the way I was just treated.
