Me and my father were just getting a donut and a coffee. SIMPLE order right? Well not to this big woman who was VERY bossy and rude to my father. When my dad asks for a chocolate donut she goes “what kind of chocolate donut?” In a mean way. THEN she also yelled at her coworkers. She also gave us attitude when she asks if we want anything else. She also gave us dirty looks like she shouldn’t be talking. I will not be coming back to this place. She had a high messy bun for her hair. Maybe blonde. Get her fired☺️ if so then I will come back. She was bossy to a 11 year old.

Food took a very long time. Staff was swearing very loudly with a line of people at the counter. Manager or shift leader yelling very loudly at staff. It was bad.

Probably the worst DD I've ever been to. Everyone has bad days but the attitude of the worker who was serving us was terrible. She was obviously having a bad day but I don't want to be greeted like that early in the morning. Ordered a cold brew and it had ice top to bottom, probably 4 ounces of coffee total. Donut was tiny and nearly $2. I get it, inflation, but what a rip.

First off I'm going to say having the employees leave comments to try and act like it's not a shit show. The gm is always yelling and cussing some employee out . Not to mention the older lady that run the counter is disrespectful. I have never had a coffee come out right.

Had a doordash order for a Matcha Latte...... they used regular coffee. Not a trace of green. Was also missing the second coffee. Have already left one star with doordash but be warned, they can't provide the drink you order.

Compared to other Dunkin's, this one showed me at least a sense of care. I understand that when places like this get busy, you will obviously wait longer, but the thing that gets me is that when you get your order, it's made right, they care about it, and if ANYTHING is wrong, they will fix it as soon as they can. I've seen only 2 people working with 8 cars around it, show these people some love.
