We ordered multi sandwiches and a couple of cups of Broccoli Cheese soup at the Augusta store a few days ago. Soup was all water and had a few small pieces of broccoli, tasted sour and both people that had it complained of stomach issues later in the day and the next day. One of the guys who had the Rueben called out sick with stomach issues the next day. Sandwich's way overpriced and out of all the sandwich's we ordered nobody like any of them. Never again

I absolutely love harvest moon. Everything is always so fresh and tasty at every location I go to. Always have a great experience when I have been. Only thing I would change is add an Ellsworth location so I can go more often ☺️

Excellent customer service, friendliest employees, super fast service, delicious food! My only complain is the potatoes in the Waterville potato salad is softer than the Bangor area one and doesn’t hit the same. When I was in college, I got the wrong sandwich, and they immediately refired the new one, AND my bag came packed full of pickles (my favorite) because they take the time to get to know their regulars. On top of that, one of the employees walked my order down the street to me at my workplace so I didn’t have to come back out! Nothing but nice things to say about the people and this place!!

It's a fun local sandwich shop. Interesting names for their sandwiches. I like the art and music they're playing and they have a decent drink selection.

I like supporting local businesses, and would rather go here than subway or McDonald's. I would consider this really expensive. I paid $14 for a cup of soup and half a sandwich. The sandwich portion is very small. The sandwich was really good, but I wish it was more affordable and a larger portion. The staff could be more welcoming, also.
