3 groups of 2 went. each group ordered for themselves. The group that ordered last got their stuff first. Then 5 minutes later one person got theirs out of the remaining. Meanwhile 20 other people were all served. When we asked where our ice cream was, we were told the machine was down. This was bogus because at least half the 20 people served had soft serve. The waitress than asked what we were supposed toget because she couldnt remember. The ice cream was barely frozen

Jimmies is perfect, it’s exactly the kind of old-school spot you hope to find in the summer. It has that classic charm and friendly vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. We got a sauce-served chocolate shake and hand-cut fries, and both were absolutely delicious. Simple, satisfying, and just right on a warm day. A perfect summer treat and a true local gem!

I feel bad writing this as we love Jimmies. Had a chicken sandwich yesterday and it was so overcooked I couldn't eat it.Hard as a rock and dry. Wait time was over 45 minutes when we were told it would be fifteen minutes. Am sure they are training new cooks as this wasn't the normal. A long line of people waiting. Two girls in front only ordered hot dogs and they were served after us.

Do not come here for Ice Cream. One the cleanliness is horrible. Two they forgot about is. It took 15 mins for a small order of ice cream. The girl who came back was annoyed that we asked for our ice cream. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Counter service was excellent. We couldn't hear our number called so the girls inside met us at the door. They were very pleasant. We had hot dogs so can't speak about the quality. Very pleased with staff!!

Awful. I have been going to Jimmies for at least 15 years. Loyal. Mind you I do.nkt.make much money... I work very hard for a living so when I do go out to eat it is a rare but deserving experience. I could always count on Jimmies for value meal at a fair price. But.. this time I was shocked by the careless unappreciated cheap way I was treated. It took me 30 minutes to get food. I paid FIFTY DOLLARS FOR TWO LOBSTER ROLLS AND THEY WERE THEY ABSOLUTE SKIMPIEST RIP OFF SANDWICHES IVE EVER HAD!!!!. IT MIGHT NOT MEAN MUCH TO YOU BUT YOU HAV LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. AMERICANS WORK HARD FOR THERE MONEY AND WE ARE SICK OF BEING SCAMMED! P O S. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!. HORRIBLE. ROTTEN. TERRIBLE.!!!!!

The ice cream that came out was already melting and there were only a few people in front of us. We did get to see a woman argue with a man about how hard he hit her car while enjoying our treats in the shade however!
