Counter service was excellent. We couldn't hear our number called so the girls inside met us at the door. They were very pleasant. We had hot dogs so can't speak about the quality. Very pleased with staff!!

Awful. I have been going to Jimmies for at least 15 years. Loyal. Mind you I do.nkt.make much money... I work very hard for a living so when I do go out to eat it is a rare but deserving experience. I could always count on Jimmies for value meal at a fair price. But.. this time I was shocked by the careless unappreciated cheap way I was treated. It took me 30 minutes to get food. I paid FIFTY DOLLARS FOR TWO LOBSTER ROLLS AND THEY WERE THEY ABSOLUTE SKIMPIEST RIP OFF SANDWICHES IVE EVER HAD!!!!. IT MIGHT NOT MEAN MUCH TO YOU BUT YOU HAV LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. AMERICANS WORK HARD FOR THERE MONEY AND WE ARE SICK OF BEING SCAMMED! P O S. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!. HORRIBLE. ROTTEN. TERRIBLE.!!!!!

The ice cream that came out was already melting and there were only a few people in front of us. We did get to see a woman argue with a man about how hard he hit her car while enjoying our treats in the shade however!

So, took 55 minutes to get food; somehow people got food before us that ordered way after us. Wasn’t showing concerns either about not having the food given to us.

When I had ordered my food, I was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait. 45 minutes go by, we are told that it will be out shortly. They were busy so I figured they just had a lot of orders and the wait time was underestimated. Over an hour since ordering, we are told they had “lost” our order. No refund, no explanation, nothing other than “it will be ready in 10 minutes”. I have always loved the food here but the service I have experienced the past couple of times I’ve been here has made me not want to go anymore. It’s a bunch of children left unsupervised who are more interested in talking and joking around than working. The young girl at the window was also very rude. When you make someone wait over an hour, the kind thing to do is apologize.

Slamming the window in your face and telling customers they have no time for them because they are short handed and that was the owner that did that. They do not deserve anyone’s business after that
