First off we get our food and our biscuits looked like they were smashed on the box, I also ordered strawberry creamcheese poppers and they were raw, so I nicely asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds.. she gave me another box of them and they were the exact same.. not impressed.. 6$ for raw dough..

I don’t know the girls name but i went with with a friend around 1030 and she was the nicest most helpful and awesomest kfc employee and human being i’ve ever met. the food was bomb also but best service ever.

A 4 piece usually fills me up, but the chicken this place sold me looked like a game hen. Not exaggerating, the drum stick was the size of a normal chicken wing and the wing was basically nothing at all but crusty bones. If KFC is gonna rip people off like that I'll just go down the street to the grocery store and buy a whole rotisserie chicken for $2 less than what I paid for that trash at KFC.

0 star KFC experience, so bad I went to the drive-through. They didn’t even know the menu at all… When I went to the window, she handed me a drink with no ice. She quickly shoves napkins/receipt into my meal and doesn’t say anything. She just rudely shut the window… The food was borderline not edible. I had to throw this out. I couldn’t eat that I wouldn’t feed it to an animal….

Chicken nuggets from the Taco bell menu is disfigured. How someone boxed them up for me to consume is wild. This place is a train wreck. They also forgot my side of mashed for my little one and made me wait another 15 mins just to get it.
Unfortunately this seems to be an issue with the staff. We arrived at 5:45 tonight for a 5:55pm pickup order (placed on the app). I was told several times that they had no idea where it was and to sit and wait, which we did. I got a notification on the app that said my order was being prepared and then one that said it was ready. I went back to the front and showed the young woman my phone. Still nothing. They seriously looked confused. Nothing even on the screen. I'm told to go wait yet again. About 5 minutes after 6pm I get called up. Two big bags. No drinks. They took another 5 minutes to fill 2 half gallon jugs of soda. We get home and we have the wrong sauce and we're missing a whole box of biscuits. Seriously disappointed right now.
The food is good, usually fresher than alot of fast foods. The service is hit or miss. They clearly took a hit with the hired help when covid came around and havent really gotten back to where they should be. In my opinion theyre short staffed but usually the staff is very apologetic. Sometimes i find they get hot headed when its busier but they usually never forget any of our food and we order for 3 kids and 2 adults. We ate in last time and it was pretty clean for the most part. Usually pretty busy here as well. Lots of a variety so if ur indecisive this could be a good place for u cause they offer variety box meals.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. What kids dont like chicken tenders or nuggets and their fries are unmatched. Theyre so good! Especially when theyre fresh out the fry vat!
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have close up parking spots but not an automated door.

Well first of all the fryer was down and wasn’t told until I asked for fries. When they handed me my soda, soda was all over the outside down the cup. When I asked for a napkin to wipe it she did it. Then handing me my food didn’t ask if I wanted sauce and no thank you, she was more concerned on talked to her employees than the customer. When I got home and eating it the chicken was soggy. I have never had soggy chicken before. I would have called but why when they don’t refund money they will just make new food. That’s chancing them doing something to my food. Probably will never go back to this location.

I ordered from the Brewer KFC online needing a fast easy dinner because my wife worked late. It was the worst experience ever at KFC. My order wasn't right, I called them to try and fix it I was told they couldn't . The chicken nuggets and tenders were so dried out from sitting in the warmer my dog had a hard time eating them. The fries were so cold I thought they took them out of the cooler. I'm hoping a can get something done about my order , we couldn't eat any of it
