I went to Little Carcasses and ordered food with ranch, but the ranch they gave me was literally hot and disgusting. When I asked them to switch it out for a fresh one, they refused and told me I’d have to buy a new one. That’s ridiculous customer service why should I pay again for something they messed up? Definitely not coming back.

I asked for a pepperoni pretzel crust with a cheesy jalapeño dipping sauce. The guy behind the counter seemed to be unhappy and I guess put my order in wrong and replaced the pizza sauce with the cheesy jalapeño sauce. Didn't know until I took a bite. Its actually not that good.

This place never has a hot and ready pizza. First they charge you then tell you it will be 15 to 20 minute wait. Also if you decline do to the wait you have to wait a week to get your money back. They should tell customers about the wait before changing them. Great advertising for Domino's

Very easy to order through the app. Plenty of deals. You can track your order throughout the process. Super Quick. Our meal was hot and waiting for us upon arrival. All we had to do was present our 3 digit code and we were out the door. Very Helpful and Friendly employees. Fresh, Delicious, Fair Priced Meal. Will Definitely Return.
Parking: Located in a strip mall. Large parking lot. It does get rather busy and you might have to park far out from business.
On Saturday the 16th at 12:56 PM. I went in to get lunch and no one was in the front to take my order. I felt uncomfortable, and unwanted so I left. When to a different restaurant. If you don’t want to take orders and make food, you should just lock the doors! So, to the other people reading this, it’s a waste of time going here, they don’t want your money or business! DO NOT GO HERE!

For a business that advertises a hot and ready pizza, they never have any that are hot and ready. The one time they did have one, the employee said it was old and needed to be tossed. He then leaves it in there the whole ten minutes I had to wait.

I've been getting pizza from Little Caesars for a decade. It's never been that good quality, but my daughter liked it so I would make the effort to get it. I've noticed that since COVID-19, the price has gone from $5 to $8 for the same basic pizza. That's a huge increase with no change to size or quality. And now they have the gall to expect a tip when you're picking up your order. Additionally, they want the tip before they provided any service whatsoever, except perhaps greeted you. When I do consider tips appropriate, they still come after the service is rendered and it's my discretion. But not here, you place your order and you're asked for a tip at that moment. And then I got my order - two basic pizzas - and I took it home for my daughter. I don't know how they did it, but one of the pizza boxes contained several small flies when we opened it. Not willing to risk anything, I ended up throwing both pizzas away. So in sum, the quality is nowhere near what it once was (and it was never all that great to begin with). This latest incident raises serious hygiene concerns and I will likely not buy from them again.
