There is this place. It is a magical place. It is called Mad Kat and Company. There are only two bad things About the Mad Kat. First, it takes so long to read the menu as there is so much food. But it doesn’t matter because everything is so good. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is even better. They have Karaoke most nights. Just don’t go when I am singing. Oh, the second thing: the bartop is glass so it is hard to balance salt shakers. (it's an inside joke)
I was in Maine for work. My last night before I flew out I stopped here and got some onion rings. The breading on them was addicting. The staff was friendly, and the regulars were very welcoming.
We really like Mad Kat especially their weekend brunch it by far our favorite go to place. We completely understand staffing shortages but it took us 25 to 30 minutes before we seen our waitress to just order coffee and our food and we wait again we can hear the cooks yelling order up as we still wait for our coffee. Coffee did manage to make it out just before our food but we had to keep asking if it was possible to please have a coffee refill. Food is still our favorite place...
