Every time I get a sprite or hi c orange fountain drink from the drive thru I taste what seems like mold. I don't feel they are properly cleaning their drink machine. It's disgusting and all machinery is supposed to be cleaned. I used to work at this exact location years ago and it was REQUIRED that all machines including fountain drink machines are to be cleaned. When I get a meal I also want my beverage to be good as well!

Did mobile pick up at 10:09am I Ordered two big breakfasts with hotcakes one with sausage and one with bacon and two French vanilla ice coffees. Waited until 10:30 and went in looking for the food.. they told us they forgot it. Finally got the food and both had sausages. no bacon and only one meal with the hotcakes also got no syrup. The ice coffees were not French vanilla but were regular. Will not be back

99% of the time, if you go through the drive thru half of the order is missing or at least a few itmes, we get no condiments that we ask for. You usually have to pull ahead and wait for your order, and then you have to go inside and ask for the items you're missing. Then they want a receipt but never give you one on the drive-thru.

If you don’t wanna make food correctly, you shouldn’t be working there I should not be going to spend money then for you to half ass my sandwich and all my food is wild that place should be cleaned house and figure out who is the issue because this is ridiculous. It all comes back to poor management. They need to train you guys better to be your job. better .

I was in the middle of ordering all ready ordered 1/2 meal when. They said hang on and we waited 3 or 4 mins and they proceeded to say breakfast is over. I said I was in the middle of my order so they said ok, g they took tray of order never asked what I wanted to drink . I ordered 1st egg mc muffin sandwich meal and sausage egg and cheeese I got up to Windsor and the lady says breakfast is over .. so I said it wasn't when I eas ordering I said I want my orange juice and behind her a lady said tell theme to park in 8 and she refused to take the order I have never been treated so rudely and treated so poorly as I was here. SOS in professional. They really need to hire people with customer service skills and they served 6 people behind me before bringing my food I give them the worst rating ever

My wife noticed her burger from this Mcdonalds franchise was completely raw halfway through eating it this afternoon. She is now doubled over puking so I'm on my way home to probably take her to the emergency room. When I told the manager this he asked me to my face if I would like them to make me another one to compensate.
Update: They've still done nothing to make this right

Literally no one around, had me pull up to the side, gave me my stuff, stupid me assuming they'd you know get my order right went on my way. Got home and wow what a surprise they screwed it up. I gave McDonald's a try for the first time in years, now I will absolutely avoid the whole chain as its a systemic problem that the continuously mess up orders.

This mcds is by far usually the best one. The food is almost always hot cause it's the only mcds in Brewer and they almost never screw up your meal, even though generally we check anyways cause of the bad experiences we've had at other mcds.

First time going here went in drive through, figured I would treat myself before work. Won’t be going back. Was ignored at drive through lane 1 while two other cars orders were taken. Got up to pay and NICELY asked if there is a certain window I should be ordering from and got attitude from Ms. Toothless wonder. Went to get my food it was wrong lol I ordered a #8. Smh good lord lol

The lady at the drive thru window taking orders was extremely rude and argumentative. The sign says any size 1.99 for [ a picture of 3 frozen fantas] so I wanted those and was told no that's only for soda. False advertisement? She promptly told no it wasn't and wanted to argue it further. I was ready to drive off she was so rude. I did get my frozen fantastic for 2.19 for a med. McDonalds just keep screwing us any way you can.

Waited almost a half hour,my entire lunch break and watched ppl after me get served after I was told to pull to the side and wait on her 4th trip I stopped her to make sure my food wasn't given to someone else and she snapped at me that she's only one person and I'll just have to wait. I just left as I had to get back to work apparently this McDonald's needs my money more than I need my food land not like it was anything hard, 10 piece nuggets and a large fry shouldn't be too difficult.
