Can not make food correctly. Ordered 2 ranch snack wraps with extra ranch. Paid for said ranch to unveil that neither wrap had any ranch on it. Happened last week too. This location needs to get it together.

Both of our cheeseburgers were made wrong and the fries were cold after waiting nearly 10 minutes for our food. We wanted our reciept and when it printed the paper was put in wrong and printed nothing. When we pointed this out the employee they said nothing but turned around and walked away.

Service was quick and I got what I ordered, but the sandwich looked like it was LITERALLY thrown together and the McDonald's drive thru is always a pain to navigate.

The least reliable, worst McDonald's in the Bangor/Brewer/Old Town area.

It's the only McDonald's in the area that does not allow iced tea refills and does not keep the iced tea in the dining area. It also refuses to let you order half-sweet iced tea on the app. When I asked an employee (a manager) if I could get a half-sweet tea, she was strangely rude to me.

The employees as a whole seem less cheerful and attentive.

It's clear that this McDonald's has a different owner than the other McDonalds' in the area - especially Old Town.

Every time I get a sprite or hi c orange fountain drink from the drive thru I taste what seems like mold. I don't feel they are properly cleaning their drink machine. It's disgusting and all machinery is supposed to be cleaned. I used to work at this exact location years ago and it was REQUIRED that all machines including fountain drink machines are to be cleaned. When I get a meal I also want my beverage to be good as well!

Did mobile pick up at 10:09am I Ordered two big breakfasts with hotcakes one with sausage and one with bacon and two French vanilla ice coffees. Waited until 10:30 and went in looking for the food.. they told us they forgot it. Finally got the food and both had sausages. no bacon and only one meal with the hotcakes also got no syrup. The ice coffees were not French vanilla but were regular. Will not be back

99% of the time, if you go through the drive thru half of the order is missing or at least a few itmes, we get no condiments that we ask for. You usually have to pull ahead and wait for your order, and then you have to go inside and ask for the items you're missing. Then they want a receipt but never give you one on the drive-thru.
