Our server Willow, went above and beyond with all aspects of the job !! Definitely going back to this location!!
Based on their ads for 9.99 lunch menu supposedly all day everyday, I asked where that was on the menu. I was told that not all offer this. I explained the ad and it named Brewer. I was told if I had the app it could be ordered if I was given a code on that app for it. I downloaded the app. Got an email that we qualified for one entree free when ordering 2. I showed this to the waitress, who had me do a couple of things on the app but no code came up so it was not honored. They sent this offer in an email. She said she would try working something out with the manager but never did. Last time she came back with the bill, I questioned it again. Was again told that she could go speak to the manager. I’d have enough if the excuses, no follow through and what is false advertising. There were 3 other couples near us that said they had also come in because I’d the ads and were disappointed. The good at best was mediocre. It was not busy but we had long waits for our drinks and good. Our bill was brought out and we had not been asked about dessert. We caught another waitress and told her that we were interested in dessert. She went to get the waitress and another long wait. So, $100 dollars later for 3 people, poor service and mediocre meals, and deceitful advertising, we will never go back. Don’t waste your time or money. Bangor area has some very good restaurants with good meals and service. This just is not one.

Willow was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. She even drew smilies on our to-go cups 😊 Great service and food! Love the Deconstructed Shrimp Kabobs. Philly cheese steak is delicious too!
