Dbl smash burg and side of fries childrens size. Did not fill husband up at all. I go salmon bowl. The piece of salmon was good but on the biggest bowl of lettuce I've ever seen. Obvious cutbacks here with Inc prices, at least give right proportions!

I ordered takeout and they messed up my order. Ordered ribeye steak medium and it was so overcooked I couldn’t chew or swallow. The steak was flavorless and nothing but fat and gristle. I ordered tater tots and got cold fries. Will never eat here again. The worst steak I have ever attempted to eat. Tried to call restaurant to speak to manager and was placed on hold. I hung up after waiting over 20 minutes. It was a huge waste of money! I fed the steak to my dog and ate a bowl of cereal for dinner.

We waited 20 minutes for drinks, appetizer was brought with the meal, oh and they forgot my meal. The sevice was terrible, no communication on where my meal was or how long it would be. I finally asked just to box it for me because my husband was done with his meal and mine still had not come out. The people at the next table actually left without eating as they had been waiting for over an hour. We definitely wont be back.

Went to eat with a group of people from work. It was five of us. All food was served besides to one person which she was told that her food got served to the wrong table so she would have to wait for it to be cooked, When her food arrived, it was cold. We waited 35 minutes before we received our check, Waiter never came to ask the refill or drinks. The restaurant was not busy at all, there is no hospitality at this restaurant. Would not recommend.

The app of loaded potato skins were sloppy and slim, not even enough sour cream and scallions. Probably the grossest steak ever and they don’t offer steak sauce. The salad bar saved me cuz I hadn’t eaten all day! That was delicious 😊
We try to come once a month. The last couple of times we have seen a significant decline in the quality of food and delayed service.
Tonight my son ordered the chicken fingers, they were raw on the inside. The waitress (who was doing her best, there never seems to be enough wait staff) offered to exchange it for another meal. He opted for a cheese burger, and that came out over cooked, a pre-made frozen burger, rubbery and inedible. I had the broccoli cheese soup, it was bland other than an unusual sour taste, I couldn't even finish it.
I am very disappointed and we won't be coming back. If this poor quailty continues, it will ensure that this Ruby's will be the next business to close in the area.

It wasn't my best meal. Took forever to get food. There was only 6 people in yhr restaurant. Chicken Parmesan for tough it wasn't worth 13.99 And it was smaller than a hamburger.
