Did not open the door đȘ still nothing 10 min after and won't answer the phone
No one was there
Lady was very rude and rushing, they were out of almost everything, and although missing most ingredients from the two subs we got (again they were out) we were still charged 40 dollars. We have ordered two sandwiches and more at other subways and not break 35 dollars, and they had all the ingredients.
Placed an online order at 9:12 AM for a 11:30 AM pickup. Arrived at 11:35, my food was not ready. I then stood in line to ask them where it was. As I'm waiting in line I notice they are making my food. When I asked if that was mine THE OWNER very rudely told me when it's done we will put it on the counter. I then told him it's now 11:45 and it was supposed to be done at 11:30 (I get 30 minutes for lunch mind you) then with even more attitude he tells me we had a call out and we are doing the best we can. I told him that's not my problem and I will be making a complaint and asked for his name. He then told me we aren't doing this today and refused to give me his name, which is fine, I said that's fine I'll call corporate and he said go ahead and let them know it's the owner.
Very rude service and I messaged the owner privately Brian to express concern of his staff and received no empathy or response but was blocked . I had to take video footage due the staffs behavior. Very Derogatory and rude for no reason being. I asked simply about placing two orders one thru the app and one aside from the app and food associate was way over her head with patience and just look her crap. Swore at me said she did not have to serve my kind. I waited patiently all with customers and my kids witnessed this behavior. The other staff apologized 4 times for her. I said I can only have compassion for people like that. I would definitely consider different location until they can find staffing with professionalism .

I absolutely do not like leaving bad reviews for anyone, because I have the biggest heart ever. So I went in to get a sandwich, and the lady asked me when she was all done making it, if it was for here or to go. Like they always ask, and I said Itâs for here, but I might grab a bag if I donât finish all of it. So, I didnât eat all of it, so I go back up to the counter and I ask her for a bag and she says youâre gonna have to wait a minute. Iâm doing prep. Youâre gonna have to wait till Iâm done. I didnât know I had anyone, so you are going to have to wait. And she wasnât very nice about it either. She was very rude.

Wilson Street Brewer, 1Pm 1/16/25: I was treated pretty rudely when I asked for no olives or tomatoes on my sandwich. She asked if I wanted it how it comes, I said yes just no olives or tomatoes. The girl with short hair, said, ugh well that not how it comes. I repeated what I said I wanted, I said, âI want it how it comes just no olives or tomatoes.â She then said, you said you wanted it how it comes, and thatâs not how it comes. I was thinking, what difference does it make??? Seriously. I worked at a local sandwich shop for 5 years, itâs not that hard to comprehend. Looking back on it not I wish I would have just walked out. But I was pretty caught off guard with the rudeness. As a person that has gone to that specific location for pretty much my whole life, itâs sad to say that I will not be going back.
I was here at this location recently and let me tell you the lady working there needs some customer service training. Awful experience. I go here a lot but won't be anymore when they have employee's like her. Very rude and unprofessional.

I've never quite experienced this level of attitude from any fast food place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and told it would be a while. There was no one in line but apparently a lot of online orders. The employee was swearing left and right about it all coming at once. Someone came in to get there online order and was yelled at for being two minutes early. She decided to grab our bread and start telling us she was about to make our sandwich after about 10 minutes. When I didn't immediately blurt out the bread I wanted she ignorantly said we could wait longer since we didn't know what we wanted. I told her I was waiting until she got my wife's out and again she said I could wait longer. I told her that her attitude sucked, merry Christmas and she should try to be happy. We walked out. I don't know how this place stays in business with employees like this. Several similar reviews. I will never go there again. Subway you should really question your franchise owners that allow employees to treat their customers this way. Wish I could give zero stars.
Poorly managed location.
Julie was completely rude when I placed an online order. I had come in early on my online order and told her itâs mine so she doesnât have rush it and she snapped gave me a dirty look and said âWell youâre supposed to give us time to make it.â Iâve been a regular here for about a year and it made the situation tense and awkward. Unfortunately I will be eating at Harvest Moon Deli from now on and my coworkers already said theyâre doing the same.

Placed an online order on my lunch break and headed over to subway, checked the app and it said my sandwich was being built so I figured I would go inside and wait instead of waiting in my car. they had a bit of a rush so i waited very patiently, a guy in a gray shirt (maybe a manager?) gave me attitude for picking up my order at 11:23 when my order was due at 11:30âŠ.very poor service on his part, not sure whats going on in his personal life that he felt the need to take his anger out on a customer but I was not upset in the slightest about having to wait. The lady who checked me out was very pleasant.
