Staff are very kind and are trying their best even when very busy. Often I've seen fast food places to be laid back but from my experiences here recently they always are working their hardest.

We went there today and it was the worst taco bell we've ever been to. The burritos and tacos we got barely had any fillings in them and the burritos were so poorly folded that they were falling apart. Even the packaging wasn't wrapped around the food well. I'm surprised they stay in business.

No one even seems to want to help the customer, the service is extremely slow even when there's barely any customers, and the food is dry and barely lukewarm. We witnessed an interaction with another customer that was appalling. They had gone through the drive thru and had to come in because their order was wrong. They asked them to fix it in a calm and rational way but the reaction they got was rude and obnoxious, very unacceptable, when they asked for the manager on duty to complain they were told he was the manager on duty and were met with more hostility. We sometimes do Doordash deliveries and they have just thrown the bag of food on the counter, one time the bag almost fell off the other side of the counter because they just tossed it down fortunately my husband kept that from happening. One time we went through the drive thru for Doordash because they closed the lobby hours early and were in the line for 20 minutes without moving and only a couple cars ahead of us. Overall bad experiences everytime we have had to go there. We won't eat there again and dread every Doordash order that sends us there.

The AUDACITY this Taco Bell had is insane. Why do you serve your customers like this? Is rock hard food what you call customer service? Why when I called and asked to speak to a manager I was asked why and hung up on immediately. I call back and let the “manager” Faith (probably a fake name given to me) know my experience and asked to be refunded. Nothing done of course never coming to this location again and will be reporting both the fake manager and the establishment for poor practices and customer service. Sean the CEO will love and be tagged in my twitter post. Chicken so hard you can tell I’m squeezing it, it’s a rock. I guess we just pay for no tomatoes now.

KFC Brewer and Babysit: Ordered a big box dinner. Asked for white meat and got dark instead. Every time we go there they get our orders wrong.

Ordered a tb number 8, told them Supreme TWICE. Still got all plain ones. So I let them know they were incorrect. They 'remade' them and literally put one tomato and a few shreds of cheese I'm busted shells. I will say the manager was really great and remade them for us and gave us a little cake for the hassle. Girl that took the order and handed me my bag had an attitude and you could tell she didn't even want to be here. Leave your outside issues outside of work. You're lucky your manager does her job.

The cashier took our order correctly and was friendly and patient. We are a family of 7 that ordered both menus. All of the adult combo meals were right. But our kids were supposed to all have fries and we got one order and one applesauce pouches and we're shorted one side completely. We didn't realize til we were back on the interstate (on a 2 week roadtrip) and just stopped as a last minute choice when our kids were yelling hungry and it was getting late.

This was a really nice KFC. A new young woman seem to be in training. She was very nice and polite. The store was very clean and the food was good.

I rarely ever fill out surveys. But I am taking the time because of the terrible experience I had in the Brewer, Maine Taco Bell.
Waiting 10+ minutes in line with only one car ahead of us. To get to the window, and asked us to pull ahead (other truck ahead of me was sent ahead as well). To wait another 7-8 minutes ish for the “fresh” food to get brought out the wrong order. Okay.. my soda, was pure syrup. Almost undrinkable bad. We get the right order eventually. No sauces in the bag that the meal was ordered with. No napkins in the bag. And the chicken we spent $10+ dollars on was overcooked, chewy, and the best part…. Farrrrr from fresh.
