This was a really nice KFC. A new young woman seem to be in training. She was very nice and polite. The store was very clean and the food was good.

I rarely ever fill out surveys. But I am taking the time because of the terrible experience I had in the Brewer, Maine Taco Bell.
Waiting 10+ minutes in line with only one car ahead of us. To get to the window, and asked us to pull ahead (other truck ahead of me was sent ahead as well). To wait another 7-8 minutes ish for the “fresh” food to get brought out the wrong order. Okay.. my soda, was pure syrup. Almost undrinkable bad. We get the right order eventually. No sauces in the bag that the meal was ordered with. No napkins in the bag. And the chicken we spent $10+ dollars on was overcooked, chewy, and the best part…. Farrrrr from fresh.

Every single time I've come here in like a year there is no ice in the building. They didnt even warn me just handed me a flat warm Pepsi and ignored me when I asked if they were out of ice in case it was some mistake. I've also noticed even when the menu says youre supposed to get taco supreme with your meals they only ever do it of you specify idk what's up with that but its annoying. Anyways the food is decent.
This was supposed to be the korean sauce nuggets and a steak quesadilla w sour cream ….. ANDDDDD STEAK????? So its missing some things and this was all 20.39!!!! Try harder next time it was not even busy. We were the only customers they had .

Every order takes a ridiculously long time to come out, and whoever they have on the counter in the afternoon was wiping and picking his nose repeatedly, then touching cups without washing his hands, and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. By the time they figure out what you’re waiting on it’s already been 20 minutes.
