My sister and I stopped in today after hiking Pleasant Mt. First time at the cafe and lunch was absolutely amazing w/ fresh bread and generous portions. Oh, and did I mention all the desserts! Fast and friendly service. Thanks for a great lunch. đWill definitely be back!
Amazing coffee and treats. The mini key lime tart is amazing. Super friendly staff.
Bethâs is our go to. It may look expensive but you will get a delectable meal, generous portions, made with high quality ingredients. We love the meals and always get a bakery treat. The bakery offers many homemade options, each alittle fancy and all are delicious. The biscotti is beyond amazing, though I love the cookies as well.
A huge choice, quality products and very hearty. Fast, efficient and very pleasant Service. A true âbreakfast in Americaâ!
We wanted a lowkey lunch and some lobster rolls. Wow! Just wow! This place fit the bill! The lobster rolls are THE best. Chocked full of delicious lobster with a light dressing on a buttery croissant. Canât be beat. We also had so delightful cannolis. Just a great vibe with awesome food and advice.
Easily my favorite spot north of Portland. As someone who has made their living in the restaurant industry, I really appreciate they way they take that extra step or add that extra homemade touch to EVERYTHING they put out that makes a world of difference. The cubano is my go to, but myself and my wife have never had a single bad item from Beth's and my wife is a notoriously picky eater. Great selection of local wares as well which make it a must stop for everyone from tourists, to seasonal residents, to the lifelong mainers like myself.
The food was good but definitely a bit pricey for the size of the sandwiches we got. Wouldnât be a go to place for that reason only.
Friends Insisted we come to Bethâs. Typical Bethâs food. Donât ever order the food thatâs been sitting put on counter. Seen too many insects hanging around on the uncovered food, but that was not todayâs problem. Ordered sandwiches. Not much meat on them and for $17 dollars there should have been twice as much, but we are with friends, so we donât say anything. Enjoying our time with friends when the owner comes out, yes the owner, saying she doesnât want to get close to anyone because she has a cold. She is in her dirty work apron, so you know sheâs preparing food in the back. No mask on. Great, now one of us has her cold. This place never ceases to amaze me with how low they sinkâŠ..
The most delicious cake made for my sonâs birthday this weekend and amazing breakfast this morning! I was recommended to Bethâs Kitchen Cafe by my husbandâs Aunt who has a house on Long Lake!

Quick service with fantastic, homestyle food. I had a brunch burger and it was huge; I took half of it home. There is also seating upstairs that you may not notice at first. Overall, a fantastic choice to eat at!
