Absolutely incredible! My coworker talked about this place for days so i had to try. Had a bit of a wait for takeout but the food was more than worth waiting for! The California Betty and Deep Sea diver were some of the best sushi I've ever tasted, the Leo roll was also excellent!

Tonight was a busy night at Elevation. I was able to sit at the sushi bar and watch Mike prepare several different rolls and appetizers. After watching him make up a few "Deep Sea Diver" rolls, I was convinced that was what I needed to order tonight along with the "Sushi Nachos" for an appetizer.
