Sushi Bars in Bridgton

“Tonight was a busy night at Elevation. I was able to sit at the sushi bar and watch Mike prepare several different rolls and appetizers. After watching him make up a few "Deep Sea Diver" rolls, I was convinced that was what I needed to order tonight along with the "Sushi Nachos" for an appetizer. Both of these items were a first for me. The sushi nachos were so light and refreshing that they could have been a meal all by itself. The Diver is severed with lobster, and scallops on top adding even more textures and flavors. This is a must if you're looking for something different. Always a great place to eat.“
