Tonight was a busy night at Elevation. I was able to sit at the sushi bar and watch Mike prepare several different rolls and appetizers. After watching him make up a few "Deep Sea Diver" rolls, I was convinced that was what I needed to order tonight along with the "Sushi Nachos" for an appetizer. Both of these items were a first for me. The sushi nachos were so light and refreshing that they could have been a meal all by itself. The Diver is severed with lobster, and scallops on top adding even more textures and flavors. This is a must if you're looking for something different. Always a great place to eat.

Absolutely incredible! My coworker talked about this place for days so i had to try. Had a bit of a wait for takeout but the food was more than worth waiting for! The California Betty and Deep Sea diver were some of the best sushi I've ever tasted, the Leo roll was also excellent!

When we arrived, they informed us that they were out of sushi rice, so they couldn’t make any sushi rolls. Totally fine, and not their fault. There was plenty of other tasty looking dishes on the menu, so we stayed. We were so disappointed! The sushi nachos had a terrible fish/chip ratio. The carne asada tacos were just… wrong. They didn’t have much flavor, and came out cold, despite the rice on the plate being piping hot. The ramen was just okay. I’ve made better ramen in my college dorm room. Quite possibly the worst dish was the chicken teriyaki bowl- a single chicken thigh that was clearly not seasoned or marinated, was baked and placed on a huge bed of rice, and then doused with a watery “teriyaki” sauce.I’m sure the sushi here is great, but unfortunately, I’ll never try it. Based on my first experience, I will never go back. A wise word to anyone coming here for the first time- stick to the sushi! And if they are out of rice, find somewhere else to eat.

We had crispy pork gyoza, and crunchy shrimp tempura. Yum! The place was packed, the staff was hustling, people were waiting to get in. We were lucky to get two seats at the counter. We’ll get sushi next time when it’s not so busy. Loved the rock music that was playing.Vegetarian options: Vegetable tempura, vegetable sushi roll, vegetable gyoza, chips & salsa, seaweed salad, miso soup, french fries, etc.Parking: About a dozen parking spots, plus street parking.Kid-friendliness: There’s a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: There’s handicap parking, and ramps

Our first experience with sushi. We were concerned that the whole menu was based on raw seafood. It is not. Many true sushi choices and plenty that include cooked items. Everything was fresh and very flavorful.

This restaurant exceeds expectations in every aspect! The delectable food, exceptional customer service, and inviting ambiance create an unforgettable dining experience. The freshness of their sushi rivals even the most upscale sushi establishments I’ve visited worldwide. Undoubtedly, a hidden gem worth discovering!
