“drive-thru ordered a Iced Green Tea & Raspberry Watermelon Coconut Refresher. I asked them when they handed me the Refresher if it had Coconut milk they said yes it has it in it. I was like no it doesn't but I took it anyway. If they can't hear through the speaker or understand drink order they should read it off to make sure drink order is correct.“

“Not a bad McDonald's, I have only had a few issues with mobile ordering lately. The new hires don't seem to know what they are doing though and I've almost had a few mistakes happen because of that. On the whole, I have had mostly pleasant experiences.

Parking: Several spots out front and several for mobile order pickup in the back around the drive through.“

“The Naples (Route 302) crowd was absolutely OUTSTANDING today (Sat, 8/5). There was a lot of people lined up at Drive-Thru, in house, and on-line orders were a plenty on the shelf. Great customer service behind the counter. Not sure who was handling Drive-Thru, but she was super friendly handing customers their orders and making fun conversations with them all. Just a great experience. Great job Naples!!!!“

“Love that this place opened up. Dunkin can be a real mess on the weekends. Now with this open hopefully it makes service easier for both companies. I typically get the sausage biscuit and it is really good. They have a ton of different flavor drinks and sweeteners. The drive through is nice and big as well. I will come back“

“Employee here! Being both a customer here and employee has given the opportunity to see both sides of the business. I just want to say how absolutely amazing the owners are, they are very kind and considerate of their employees. They share genuine care and kindness, making employees feel like family. And as for being a customer, the drinks are delicious with all of the fun combinations and recipes made. Prices are a little up there, but totally reasonable and for sure worth the quality of drinks and food. Smoothies are bomb as well, for sure a favorite of mine. Absolutely love working here, and love the friendly faces I've met along the way. Well worth your time and money!“
