For me the atmosphere wasn't a big deal, but the cool signage caught my eye. It was a slow day and raining. Anyhow, I liked the service a lot, and the grilled cheese was great. I really liked how lightly toasted it was, but had some crunch to the bread! Server really listened to my order A+ I was passing through town on a visit, but will definitely swing by my next time through Bridgton. Oh and get the carrot cake too!
My favorite place for breakfast in Bridgton. They also have great sandwiches for a quick bite on the go. Would recommend going here over any of the tourist traps next door (I'm talking about you Queen's Head and Standard Gastropub).
Great place. I had the best BBQ Chicken Melt I've ever had. They make the BBQ sauce themselves and, for me at least, it is just the right balance of sweet and flavor. The chicken/sauce/cheese/bread ratio was great. My wife had the ham and cheese melt and said it was great. They have breakfast options in the morning too. It is family owned and run. We spoke to them and they are really nice. Stop by if you get a chance. Parking is on the street in front of the restaurant...
