We noticed Stella’s was open for brunch today on our way through town and made an aggressive u-turn to check it out. Glad we did, borderline life changing breakfasausage was the best I’ve ever had!
Went for Brunch today. Food was wonderful and flights of mimosas were also amazing. Great Portions. We even had a piece of Chocolate Pie ...SOOO DELICIOUS
Bao buns and chicken cardamom were delicious!

Got take out. Expensive, very small portions. Not sure if it’s different dining in.

Another nice night at Stella's on the square. The new fall menu has great options to choose from, and we both commented on the balance of flavors on our plates. I have to call out our server (wish i remembered her name) who did a great job covering the entire dining room with a smile.
Came here for a romantic birthday dinner . It was my first time eating here after following on Facebook since it opened . I could not find a current menu so I called prior and they were nice enough to text pictures of the menu . We started with the Strawberry Bruschetta ! Wow ! I have never had anything like that and it was amazing ! Especially with the added Basil ! I ordered the Lobster Club . It was very large and the Lobster was fresh ! No mayo or butter ! The French fries were fresh and handmade ! My guest had The Mate Seafood platter and they were impressed ! It was not greasy at all ! They liked both of the sauces and the fact that it had large shrimp !I had lemonade and they had coffee ! And both were great! We were going to get dessert with a candle and the waitress was so sweet and offered to sing but we were both so full ! But I will mention the dessert menu was very nice ! Maybe next time ! Our server was Ainsley and she was very attentive and friendly ! The menu is a not large but I find that great as they can focus on those items . I love the fact there is a discount for cash ! Cash is king ! The prices are reasonable ! We will be back ! The only downsides were that the chairs are steel and are extremely uncomfortable & no salt and pepper on the tables but they had a bowl of playing cards. Did not need salt or pepper anyway everything was seasoned well .

We were in Bridgton for four days and picked Stella’s for our Saturday evening meal because every time we drove by it there were lots of cars there… we figured that was a good sign. It was busy, but we were seated in about 20 minutes by a very sweet hostess. Everything we ate was fabulous… from the Daily Loaf of sourdough, Simple Green Salad, fried shrimp plate, and the cheesiest mac and cheese with lobster, to the HUGE chicken and waffle sandwich. The only disappointment was that that they were out of the potato nachos… and we would be leaving town before they were open again! We will need to make another trip from Texas to try them!! And our server was excellent… you could tell she loves what she does. Definitely the best meal we had on our vacation… and we spent time in Manhattan, Portland, and Portsmouth!

We had the best dinner at Stella’s! Everything we ordered was really delicious and the service was very friendly and prompt. We’ll definitely be back! We ordered the baked feta, sourdough bread basket, crab cakes, lobster roll, salmon, and chicken fingers and everything was great! Cocktails were really good as well.

My wife and i finally got to come here for a date night and it was pretty good. This was a hard review to decide on because there were some really good things and some not as good things. I'll do the not so good things first:
The menu is not descriptive, for instance we got "potato nachos" as an appetizer and that's literally all the menu said. I thought I was going to be a baked potato type dish but it wasn't. It was nachos made with homemade potato chips. It was very good and I would recommend it, but I think they would do their guests and themselves a favor by giving an exciting detailed description of the dish.
The other con was that it took quite a while to get our food, it was pretty early and not very busy yet and it took over an hour from order to eating.
The worst con of all was probably how uncomfortable the metal chairs were. They literally hurt after a while.
Lastly the price was quite high.
Now for the good:
The food was very good.
Even though we didn't know what the potato nachos were when we ordered them they were very good, and the freshly made potato chips were a great touch.
The staff was friendly and the manager did a great job of making everyone feel welcome
The Maine coast cocktail was really good.
Verdict:
I would say you should try it. It is a nice place and their custom drinks are great, just be prepared to spend on the upper end for this area, and don't sit on the chairs too long. With a couple adjustments this would be a hands down 5 star but I just couldn't go that high with the issues I mentioned.
