We stopped in yesterday morning on our way to Pemaquid Beach to buy some cinnamon buns (of course!) and the chicken pot pie in the refrigerator case caught our eye. We had it for dinner last night -- it was delicious -- the best we have ever had. The staff are as friendly and helpful as can be.

Just FYI - the place no longer cooks food. They have cold grab and go sandwiches and some pre made paninis. 3/4 of the menu is not available. Service is somewhat slow.

This is one a hidden gem! The veggie breakfast panini and the cinnamon roll were the best we’ve ever had!! Kind and helpful staff. Highly recommend this place.

A good place for breakfast, including bakery and sandwiches. A little pricey (about $10 for the sandwiches) but tasty. A small outdoor seating area. I should note that you order and the counter and food is brought to your table.

The buns and other baked goods here really are worth a trip to Pemaquid alone. Hash was excellent as well.

I came here for cinnamon buns years ago while on vacation and they were the best cinnamon buns I had ever tasted. They are handmade, warm, moist, and have rich delicious icing. The only issue with this place is that their cinnamon buns are actually too good. I have not been able to eat a cinnamon bun anywhere else since then without nostalgically comparing it to the buns at the Cupboard Cafe. Nothing else ever comes close. I recommend going here for these fresh treats, the best you will ever eat.
