Above all, the cake was absolutely divine! Its aesthetics and taste deserved a stellar 6 out of 5 stars! I have been following Aprils shop on facebook for years and finally decided to order myself a much needed treat. Her carrot cake was beyond what I imagined; it was definitely worth the lengthly drive to pick it up. April herself was very sweet and prompt with her responses. I would highly recommend ordering yourself a treat. Everyone I shared my cake with was blown away at how delicious it was. 5/5 stars without a doubt.
