Buck’s is a lovely restaurant, from the inviting terrace as you walk in, to the bright open dining room and bar, and sunny porch on the side. We have loved Bucks for years. The space is lovely, our waitress was terrific, but the food was severely oversalted on this visit. My scallops were disappointing because of the salt, but the broccolini was inedible. Just a mouthful of salt. (Aside: why do restaurants serve broccolini? It looks tender, but the stems are always woody, and that leaves only the spindly tops to stand in as the evening's vegetable.) We'll go back, of course, because this was surely just one...
