Was really craving a glazed doughnut this morning, decided to walk in instead of the drive thru and didn’t realize until I got back to my car that the woman who’d taken my order threw an extra doughnut in for me. Just a nice way to start my day:)
I have literally never gotten an order that was done correctly. Whether it was online or in person. Ordered a large latte extra shot and the cup was literally half full. It's been the wrong drink, the wrong flavor etc. Most of the staff is good and dies the best they can, but a few are downright surly.
I was having a really rough night and needed a pick me up drinks, it was super late around 7 on the 22nd so I knew it was a hassle to do my drinks, but they didn't seem bothered at all. I'm very thankful they were so kind and helpful, it made my night.
