Jersey Mike's Subs is known for their great subs and friendly staff. The staff is accommodating and make the subs with care, resulting in a delicious meal. However, there have been issues with the online orders not being ready at the designated time. A specific Chicken Chipotle Philly Sub order was disappointing, with the chicken being chopped too finely, raw vegetables, and lacking chipotle mayo. This was a one-time experience, as previous sub visits were enjoyable.
The service can be slow at times, with customers reporting a backed-up line and only one or two employees working hard to serve everyone. Despite the occasional delays, the subs are described as great, with one reviewer praising the exceptional shift lead or manager. Customers appreciate the convenient location and keep coming back for the tasty food, even if they have to allow extra time for their orders.
