Very good subs but please pay extra attention to your online orders. Every time I've come to pick them up they've never been ready at their designated time. The Topsham one does this, too, so this seems like a constant issue with the chain a whole.

My order was wrong. I told them what was wrong and they acted like I was wrong. I said it was a misunderstanding. Attitude was flying everywhere and I ended up leaving without food. Extremely rude and unpleasant service.

I would leave a 1 star review but the staff are very nice and courteous genuine people..I have noticed in the past year or so that the sub builders are not properly trained or efficient and that is not a knock on them I believe it is a reflection of the company. In the past year I have maybe ordered 8-10 times and each has been low quality and longer wait times then what it should be for the volume of their lunch and dinner pushes.I will explain just today's experience.I ordered online approx 12:20pm, pickup time 12:40 and waited an additional 23 minutes for my order, there was 5 or 6 walk in customers and another 5 or six dining in and what looked to be 3 online orders. The nice lady working the grille was only capable of working one or two covers at a time, which backed orders up unecessarily. When I opened one of my large full subs from the order the roll was not toasted, and it was soggy, the sub was not cut in half which is standard practice, the guts were not evenly distributed throughout the sub and the cheese was not properly melted. Again I don't blame the cook. I can tell she was doing the best she could she even apologized for the wait. But the end result is something that should never go out the door especially for $16 sub. It's not acceptable and like I said it is an ongoing issue. That is why I felt the need to comment. These good people just need better training. I worked the culinary circuit for 20 years until I got sick of the struggle. A good cook is invaluable but treated as just a number. I'm routing things can turn around.

Super happy with our sandwiches and service!!2/23/24- Changing my review. I ordered a Chicken Chipotle Philly Sub, to take home (50 minutes away). It was terrible. The chicken was chopped so fine, it was the consistency of tuna. Veggie were raw like they were an after thought and no Chipotle Mayo! Just threw it and $10 away.So disappointed

Tables were not washed off, people were not organized. Very different from the last time I was there. Food was good.

Hard to plan ahead- This location can either take 10-45 minutes for one order. The older gentleman at the front counter is nice but the staff in general is very slow.

OK product but terrible service. Don't believe their promised delivery times for mobile orders. Should not take over an hour for a simple sub order.

The people are nice inside. Although I ordered my food to be ready at 5pm and did not receive it until almost 6pm. You need to update your order times if you can not make the food on time. I don’t mind waiting a couple minutes, however half an hour to an hour is unacceptable in my opinion.

Just left Jersey Mikes on the Bath road in Brunswick. The place is clean and the parking is plentiful. The staff was friendly. It's easily accessible and well lit.I ordered a regular #9 Club Supreme "Mikes Way" and a regular #56 Big Kahuna Cheese steak, both on white. I paid the $20.84 and waited for the #56.After what seemed like a long wait I heard the server call my name and another guy's name. When I walked up to the counter the other customer "Garrett" was telling the server that he had the buffalo chicken (I think) and the server was a little confused as to which sub was which, so he opened one to look and gave it to him and he sat down to eat. I then gave him my name and said "I got the steak and cheese right?" and he then double checked and opened the sub and realized he gave the other customer my sub. The other customer was eating in and he was sitting at a near by table and by that time he apparently could tell that he got the wrong sandwich, so he rolled it back up and handed it back to the server, who put it back in the bag and gave it to me. I didn't see Garrett actually take a bite out of my sandwich, so no harm-no foul. I took my two sandwiches and left.So I get home and open up the two sandwiches and the steak and cheese looked OK, however the Club I ordered wasn't a Club at all. Referring to the pictures, there was no roast beef, no bacon, no mayo, no oil and no spices...certainly not "Mikes Way". I'm not sure what they gave me but it certainly wasn't what I paid for.I've been to Jersey Mikes many times and have never had any problems what so ever, in fact I've been to this Jersey Mikes before without issues, so I am assuming that this was a one time thing. I have previously applauded Jersey Mikes in other reviews so overall I believe it is a good franchise with quality products, but on this day they failed. I didn't enjoy the ordering-pick up experience and certainly didn't appreciate paying for something I didn't get, and I feel the need to mention it. I will return to Jersey Mikes but in the future I will watch them a bit more closely when they make a sub for me

It can be very disappointing to get all the way home only to find out then that they screwed up your order.

We did a mobile order, it was supposed to be ready at 1:01 p.m. it was not ready until 1:30 honestly I don't think an order has ever been ready on time at this location. I won't be ordering from here again. Food isn't bad but it certainly not gourmet and not worth waiting half an hour over the pickup time.

I placed an online order on Sunday, Nov 12th. I got right at my scheduled pick only to see my slip still on the counter. It was extremely busy, so I took a seat and waited. The staff was very professional even under the stress they were under. After 30 minutes, I decided to just get a refund. They were very apologetic after realizing I had been waiting so long, so they immediately put a rush on my sandwich. This mishap will not keep me away from Jersey Mikes. The food and staff are amazing.Parking: Asphalt flat parking lot. Ample parking.

Something seriously off here. Refrigerator case nearly empty of meat and cheese, no RB or bacon on my Club Supreme, countertop filthy, cutting knife stored under cutting board. Somebody needs to pick up the pace and quickly; there are lots of other places to get food around Cooks
