I was charged for an item that was not ordered. Tried calling but number disconnected.
Young girl pretty quiet, last night when I went in to pick up my online order was working. I called to try and acknowledge her to her manager but no answer to the phone. She may be quiet but that girl can make a good sandwich. I made a point to call just because it’s been so long since I’ve ordered online to subway and they’ve made me a satisfactory sandwich that was correct to what I ordered. Clean restaurant and typical subway food but horrible service. Twice in a row now, when I walk in and I have to wait and be ignored by the employees for minutes (solid 3-4 minutes) because they’re in the middle of talking and don’t care I’m staring at them waiting to be served. Then the young lady come out front and started CLEANING instead of acknowledging my presence. I never would treat my customers like this at my work. When you walk in, you’re my priority.
