“I just wanted to say how happy I was with the customer service at the Topsham firehouse subs. My order had been messed up due to an issue with the DoorDash app, and when I called the store, they fixed my order and made me a sandwich to my customization. It was delicious! I appreciated the friendly service and willingness to work on fixing the order.“

“I never met a DQ I did not like; this one is no exception! Lots of parking, stretch of lawn behind filled with picnic tables. The area is clean and well lit. The food quality is consistently good and prices are fair. Service was prompt and cheerful. Many years ago, LBJ stopped his motorcade here and he had an ice cream!“

“Well, this was my first and last time at a Jersey Mike's! TBH, the Danny DeVito commercials made it look good but it was disappointing. I ordered the Big Kahauna chicken sub and asked Ian to leave the jalapeños out. After he asked if it was dine in or takeout, I said takeout. I paid, got my receipt (she asked me if I wanted a receipt!), which said "DINE IN" at the top, and went to the rest room, which took about a minute. When I came out and started waiting, people who'd ordered after me were getting their sandwiches. After 15 minutes I was just about to ask about mine when a woman in line said, "She's been waiting a long time!" The cashier went to look for my sandwich and it was sitting off to the side somewhere, all bagged up. Anyway, when I got it home and unwrapped it, it was just a mess, with everything mushed up and spilling out. It also had jalapeños on it. And it was really salty. I thought I'd give Jersey Mike's a try, I did, and I'm out!“

“Young girl pretty quiet, last night when I went in to pick up my online order was working. I called to try and acknowledge her to her manager but no answer to the phone. She may be quiet but that girl can make a good sandwich. I made a point to call just because it’s been so long since I’ve ordered online to subway and they’ve made me a satisfactory sandwich that was correct to what I ordered. It seems there’s always something missing but this young lady did a great job and I’ll definitely go out of my way to order at this location because of it.
