“Some of the most delicious sandwiches you will ever taste. Stopped by twice on our way to Bar Harbor for a vacation with my partner. It was so good we had to eat it again! I got the Hook & Ladder and my boyfriend got "The Engineer". Staff was very lovely and kind. Our cashier Landon was delightful with positive vibes and great customer service. Will return again, as they have sadly closed all other firehouse sub locations in our home state.“

“Well, this was my first and last time at a Jersey Mike's! TBH, the Danny DeVito commercials made it look good but it was disappointing. I ordered the Big Kahauna chicken sub and asked Ian to leave the jalapeños out. After he asked if it was dine in or takeout, I said takeout. I paid, got my receipt (she asked me if I wanted a receipt!), which said "DINE IN" at the top, and went to the rest room, which took about a minute. When I came out and started waiting, people who'd ordered after me were getting their sandwiches. After 15 minutes I was just about to ask about mine when a woman in line said, "She's been waiting a long time!" The cashier went to look for my sandwich and it was sitting off to the side somewhere, all bagged up. Anyway, when I got it home and unwrapped it, it was just a mess, with everything mushed up and spilling out. It also had jalapeños on it. And it was really salty. I thought I'd give Jersey Mike's a try, I did, and I'm out!“

“Visit here often on my way to work to grab my supper most of the staff are very friendly I absolutely enjoy when Amanda is working which she usually is, she makes us feel like we are welcomed,very efficient,sandwich is always amazing and so Is her attitude LAUGHING AND JOKING WITH CUSTOMERS. I think she deserves a raise and if that's not an option atleast want the owner and managers to know that she's doing amazing job thank you for excellent service clean restaurant!
