My order had been messed up due to an issue with the DoorDash app, and when I called the store, they fixed my order and made me a sandwich to my customization. It was delicious! Upon entering, I experienced some initial confusion regarding where to sit and how to be greeted. Clearer signage or direction at the entrance could help create a smoother first impression and improve the overall customer experience.

One of the restaurant’s biggest strengths is its combination of competitive pricing and generous portion sizes. The availability of homemade desserts is also a great touch and adds to the appeal.

The food itself was compelling enough to make me want to return. The flavors exceeded my expectations, particularly considering the restaurant’s target demographic and price point.

Amanda, a front-of-house team member, deserves special recognition for providing exceptional service. She was attentive, proactive in addressing customer needs, and consistently engaged with patrons throughout the meal. Her customer-service approach made a noticeable difference in the overall experience.

The main reasons I would not give the restaurant a full five stars were the high noise level in the dining area and some inconsistency with the food specials. For example, the tuna was somewhat dry, which may have been the result of cooking it too quickly at a higher temperature. The Blueberry pie and the cheesecake were great, the chicken marcela was a bit oily.

Despite these minor issues, the combination of good value, generous portions, enjoyable flavors, homemade desserts, and excellent service makes this a restaurant I would gladly visit again.”

“I highly recommend the 104. We recently hosted a bereavement meal there. I can’t say enough great things. Matt the owner made it a stress free process and provided a great assortment of apps for when people arrived. The food was excellent and the staff were attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. There were several people that had dietary restrictions for allergies and they couldn’t have been more accommodating to offer gluten and dairy free options. Thanks Matt and Team we will be back.”

“I’ve only had two bad experiences here once being hibachi and everything being under cooked and tonight, everything was undercooked and we were ignored most of the night because I had a question regarding something I ordered. I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they still wanted to charge me for the correct one and the incorrect one. Waited 30 minutes for a lemonade and 50 for our meals that were undercooked and cold. If you want good service, don’t sit in the dining but sit at the bar. The bartender is amazing and I always have a great experience with her! It felt like our waitress ignored us most of the night and the woman who I’m assuming was a manager seemed to have an attitude with us too. All over me not specifying between steamed and fried dumplings.”

“I will stop for a ready-made slice when grabbing a haircut in Topsham. The pizza ranks high on my list. It's straight forward, classic pizza parlor style in the best way. Reminds me of the old Pizza Joint (R.I.P.) of Portland, ME- cupped pepperoni, tangy sauce, perfect amount of cheese, on a thin crispy crust. Definitely grab a pie here.”

“Stopped by Morning Moose for a quick mid-morning treat and was blown away! The mini donuts were fresh, served warm, and perfectly drizzled with glaze. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The shop just has great overall vibes. I'll definitely be back!”

“I never met a DQ I did not like; this one is no exception! Lots of parking, stretch of lawn behind filled with picnic tables. The area is clean and well lit. The food quality is consistently good and prices are fair. Service was prompt and cheerful. Many years ago, LBJ stopped his motorcade here and he had an ice cream!”

“Well, this was my first and last time at a Jersey Mike's! TBH, the Danny DeVito commercials made it look good but it was disappointing. I ordered the Big Kahauna chicken sub and asked Ian to leave the jalapeños out. After he asked if it was dine in or takeout, I said takeout. I paid, got my receipt (she asked me if I wanted a receipt!), which said "DINE IN" at the top, and went to the rest room, which took about a minute. When I came out and started waiting, people who'd ordered after me were getting their sandwiches. After 15 minutes I was just about to ask about mine when a woman in line said, "She's been waiting a long time!" The cashier went to look for my sandwich and it was sitting off to the side somewhere, all bagged up. Anyway, when I got it home and unwrapped it, it was just a mess, with everything mushed up and spilling out. It also had jalapeños on it. And it was really salty. I thought I'd give Jersey Mike's a try, I did, and I'm out!”
