Brought my 2 kids and my partner here for a late lunch, The food was amazing… but when we paid the bill it was a 11 or 12$ tip. One of the girl waiter comes up and says 11$ 12$ That’s it?? Me and my partner obviously knew what she was hinting at. Like excuse me that was very rude and ignorant. I’m sorry but a tip is a tip be grateful for it. Make sure u give them 25$ 30$ tip or you’ll get hounded down. Won’t be going back!!!!!
The one and only time I ate at kume in topsham, they had over-served some customers who were clearly intoxicated and started fighting in the restaurant. No one was able to leave because they were fighting in front of the door. Multiple children dining in the restaurant that night were traumatized. One person was physically assaulted and attacked. I’ve only had two bad experiences here once being hibachi and everything being under cooked and tonight, everything was undercooked and we were ignored most of the night because I had a question regarding something I ordered. I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they still wanted to charge me for the correct one and the incorrect one.
