EDIT: The owner of this location took the time to contact me and follow up. She was wonderful and listened about our most recent experience. They offered a free sandwich for the one that was done incorrectly and to provide the forgotten chips we'd paid for. Customer service and a positive attitude goes a long way today, and I really appreciated that. We will definitely plan to go back.
