Well, this was my first and last time at a Jersey Mike's! TBH, the Danny DeVito commercials made it look good but it was disappointing. I ordered the Big Kahauna chicken sub and asked Ian to leave the jalapeños out. After he asked if it was dine in or takeout, I said takeout. I paid, got my receipt (she asked me if I wanted a receipt!), which said "DINE IN" at the top, and went to the rest room, which took about a minute. My husband and I both ordered a basic sub from the posted menu. Mine took longer than I thought it should have, but his was an additional 15 minutes after they gave us mine.
Super polite. Great service and excellent value at this location
