“I did not catch the gentleman's name. I came in at 11 to get lunch and I could hear him saying good bye to his co workers and to have a great shift. He was punched out already. As he rounded the corner he saw there were customer's at the front counter.. instead of walking by in his uniform he stopped and helped the line of customer's while off the clock. He had long ish black hair and a trimmed beard. This guy deserves a raise, he clearly cares about how the store looks and customer service 👌“

This person deserves recognition. We travel up to Augusta frequently as we do not have a Burger King in our area and the service has always been great. But I just really wanted to give a shout out to the person in the kitchen tonight for doing a great job. It was nice opening the box and not seeing a falling apart thrown together sandwich.“

The staff are always accommodating and very fast. It's easy to be able to come in here and get what you're looking for very quickly. “We were here at around midnight. It was PACKED. The drive thru and inside. Super long wait times. I mean, we all were waiting 40-50 mins for our meals. HOWEVER, THE 2 YOUNG MEN THAT WERE WORKING SHOWED UNFLAPPABLE SPIRITS. When we did get our meals they were hot, made correctly, and we were apologized to for the extreme wait times. The staff is sometimes pleasant to talk to, but honestly, I think it's because sometimes they're so busy and they are sometimes understaffed. That being said, the times I've talked with the staff, it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff are usually pretty smiley and easy to talk to. It's always very fast. Every time I've gone through the drive-through, it's been pretty quick. Great value for the food. I would recommend coming to Wendy's any time you're looking for a quick fix of a burger in the greater Augusta area.“
