Service at the take out window was slow tonight. The young man at the window was courteous and apologized for the wait. Our burgers were delicious.
I've been to Wendy's dozens of times, anytime looking for a quick fix in the greater Augusta area of a drive-through hamburger. Their sandwiches and their salads are always fantastic. The staff are usually pretty smiley and easy to talk to. It's always very fast. Every time I've gone through the drive-through, it's been pretty quick. Great value for the food. I would recommend coming to Wendy's any time you're looking for a quick fix of a burger in the greater Augusta area.
I am so shocked that you can have 2 Wendy's in the same town and this one can be so good and the other one on western ave be so sucky. i have given the western ave location many chances and it just seems they have no clue what they are doing. they are physically ruining the location I am surprised they have not closed yet. maybe send management from this location over there to retrain or hire a new crew. keep up the good work at civic center
