Unacceptable. Multiple employees not wearing gloves while handling food, nobody is wearing hairnets/hats, found a hair in chicken nuggets. Disgusting behavior, health inspector needs to be contacted ASAP.

Ordered a Breakfast Baconator without eggs, but the also left off the second slice of cheese and bacon. Croissant sandwich Croissant was more like a bun, wasn't airy and flakey at all, chicken didn'thave much flavor. Service was very slow despite ordering on my phone and nobody being ahead of me. Potato was good.

The food & service was decent. But the place was disgusting! I don't think the drink machine has been wiped down for weeks! Every surface had sticky cup stains all over it, or ketchup splatters. It was 1 pm, the place had 1 other person in it, so I can't see it being busy as an excuse. It makes me question how gross the kitchen looks...where I also noticed none of the females had hair nets on, & hair hanging down. Not sure I'll be back simply due to the lack of cleanliness.

I went to this store ordered a couple salads , and a pretzel baconator combo. Got salads but my combo was large fry and drink no sandwich. When I called about my order the person on phone said oh I see it . Then said oh you can come get it I say I am already home . Well u can come in for refund . The order taker never gave me my receipt. So I paid 14 bucks for fries and drink . They didn't even take my name so when I do go in I could either get my sandwich or refund . Never again.

So I woke up this morning wanting breakfast lol I got on door dash and tried picking a place after a little while I decided Wendy’s what a mistake that was it tasted reheated in microwave I couldn’t even bite into it seasoned potatoes were cold and rubbery my husband wasn’t happy with what I had gotten him cold and rubbery I will say the iced caramel coffee was good that’s all

Wanted a breakfast sandwich for breakfast before work, ended up ordering a sausage and egg on a honey biscuit... sounds great right?? Until you open it and find a black hair in the sandwich!! Should have known better when I saw the one cooking with long hair hanging down and NOT tied back! This was at 6:45 am on 2/22/24 at the Wendy's on Civic Center Drive in Augusta

I love the freshness of all the food they offer. This is definitely by far our favorite fast food restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Super easy to get in n out, including the rest rooms

My wife and son and I stopped Christmas Eve to grab a bite to eat after visiting her father for Christmas. The lady taking orders was the rudest person I've ever met in my life. And because we were the only ones in there you could hear everything in the kitchen and it was just people throwing the f-bomb every 2 seconds while my 4-year-old was sitting next to me. It amazes me the lack of respect people have for young children. We will not be visiting this Wendy's again.
Place was so dirty and dining room was out of everything. The wait was about 20 minutes to order.

I usually like Wendy's but, this past visit the place was crazy both the person I spoke to and a young lady at the window were ill manored there were others that helped me they were very polite and accommodating. I do understand that it was busy, in the service trade the most important thing is put a smile on your family (even if you are saying f-u inside) be polite. The inside was a mess (but as I said it was crazy) the kids like their food and the game went over big from the kids meal and of course the frosty I got was amazing I love them so much. Better than the big M and the King anytimeKid-friendliness: I think the kids selection is good, prizes seem so much betterWheelchair accessibility: Easy access to the building
