Always pleasant staff but for some reason today when I asked my wife to stop in and grab me a Big Dave she also got herself an Italian. After paying she saw the Italian special to add a bag of chips and a soda and asked if she could pay the extra and get that and was told no because she had lettuce on her sandwich and that lettuce disqualified the lunch special. Sad that lettuce disqualifies a special but was told no other veggies disqualified it??? Sounds more like someone didn’t want to be bothered and was willing to pay the difference… just .59 cents. Got to do better“

“It was a subway, and they honored the coupon I had, and the cashier put the bare minimum on my sandwich and then asked me if I wanted more or not, so I just got tired of saying I wanted more, but otherwise very polite, friendly, conversational.“
