I came to Jersey Mike's on Thursday ! Brian was so awesome to be around and have make my sandwich! He had great customer service and welcomed me with open arms. He asked if I wanted anything else with my order and thanked me for stopping into Jersey Mike's! Ace of a worker right there. ?
Big jersey mikes fan here, and was happy to finally have one come to the Augusta area. Service seems to be hit or miss depending on the crew but overall I have been satisfied with my food and customer service. A couple of times I’ve ordered a number 8, I have to remind them to add the bacon and mayo that comes on it. Compared to other locations this one is pretty small and can get crowded and messy during peak hours.

I thought it was great! I see some reviews here are negative, but I think Jersey Mike’s has come back around. The employee Von and who I assume was the shift leader made me and my girlfriend feel very welcome.I am gluten free, and they were very careful making my sandwich.
