“It's subway, we all know what we are going to get. With that said, the subway in windham is nice and clean and the lady that made my sandwich was extremely friendly and upbeat (at about 9 p.m.). She greeted me and asked how my day was while she finished online orders that had been placed previously.“

“By far the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had at any JM location. The tall blond guy made the most delicious sandwich and help my grandmother with her order. It rare to see a young man be so helpful and genuine when working with my grandmother. She has dementia and can be a handful. The place was clean and seem to run efficiently. “Hot damn that's a delicious Reuben. It's just too small for a 6 ft 220 lb guy. And since the prices are a bit higher and the sandwich size is (relatively) small, that makes this place a bit too expensive since you'll probably want two sandwiches, making it $20+ for an actual meal. I ended up stopping by Amato's afterwards to get more food so my sandwich from The Local Press seemed less like a snack. Side note: Amato's has really gone downhill. After going to places like Big G's that have sandwiches so big they'll have your back in a fist fight, this was definitely disappointing. Still, that was probably the tastiest Reuben I've ever had.“

I stop in after my workouts for a burger, it's done in minutes after stepping through the door and it is DELICIOUS. The people are kind and sweet and it just perf. “So I give this subway 5 stars cause every time I go there everything checks out. Bathrooms are always on point the food is always on point and the lobby is always on point. Iv been going to this subway for about 2 years now and I can truefuly say it's by far one of the best around and iv been to most of em. So thank you guys for always keeping it clean and making the best sandwichs definitely worth your buck.

Vegetarian options: They definitely got a good display for the vegetarians I don't eat that section my self but I know folks who do and they also say it's the best.

Parking: This subway has its own parking lot and handicap accessible as well. And it's pretty big parking lot as well.

Kid-friendliness: Oh yest definitely kid friendly you can definitely sit in and eat a meal with your kids and kids can be loud and there all for it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes as I said above it's all wheelchair accessible parking easy access to get in door.“

“I actually ordered the 29inch grilled sandwich for myself for my 6 day work week: $42. Ready for my pickup in 10 minutes. And already sectioned out for me into 4-5 inch sections. Add my own fresh veggies/salad and I'm done- minimum fuss & muss for a busy work week to be. This would also be a great treat to share with some coworkers or as a 'Thank you for your hard work." I mixed it up: Korean (Steak) BBQ, No 9 Steak, Steak/Cheese. Didn't think of taking photos - next time.“

“2nd Day of my return trip to Maine and my first visit to the South Portland Amato's this trip. Once again the ham Italian was out of this world , the bread was very soft and fresh and the vegetables were fresh and crispy and so delicious, Their blend of sandwich oil is the best I have ever had. “Just had a Large BLT and it was great: everything was fresh tasting. Just had their Sesame noodle salad last evening and it was great as well - bought more for this evening, Butterscotch pudding just right - not overly sweet. Customer service very good. Thank you.

Parking: Lot is small, but adjust your arrival to slower times and you are fine. They share the lot with Republic Cash.

“I'd like to give a huge shout out to the staff at Subway for so graciously handling a couple of last minute catering orders I had to place earlier this month. The other food options I had planned for a training of 20 people didn't work because of dietary restrictions, so I called Subway to get sandwiches. They put together three big platters for us on very short notice, and were very gracious about the whole thing. Great people and the sandwiches came out great.“
