I am a third-party delivery driver and I’ve been having a lot of problems here lately showing up 20 +minutes after the order has come through and the food is not made, while they’re making all the Carriyout customers first.I start the 15 minute timer when I arrived and if it’s not done than I cancel the delivery on my part and let the customers know that they are making the line of walk-in’s orders ahead of their pre-ordered delivery.I get paid for my attempted pick up...read full review
We get delivery. Some times things are messed up,but for the most part it's great. How come I can no longer order chocolate chip cookies to my house in New Gloucester off the app?

Placed an app order on February 1st for 2 club subs. Picked up my order, drove 45 minutes home, opened the bag and got 2 chicken cheesesteaks. Called the store and spoke to an employee who was less than helpful, did offer to remake my subs the next day if I wanted to drive back, but I declined making the 45 minute drive. I feel like my order should have been refunded.
