The customer service at the Brunswick location is always great. Especially one particular barista, Margo. Margo always makes our drinks perfectly. She encourages me to try new drinks and suggests add ins to my favorites. Margo always makes my Starbucks experience fun and memorable. Two thumbs up for Margo.
Went to pickup my order only to find out that someone had already picked it up, took some convincing to get it remade for me.It's frustrating how this pickup system works (or doesn't work)

The customers are downright awful to the workers. I wonder if common sense is no longer a thing. If there’s a lot of orders, it’s bound to take a longer time! No need to blame hard workers for your own impatience.
