We stopped by on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch, and the place was pretty empty. We ordered the Caesar salad, onion rings, haddock, and clam chowder. The chowder had good flavor and nice chunks of clam and potatoes. The haddock was also good. I found the Caesar to be pretty average overall, but they were generous with the shaved Parmesan,which was nice. The onion rings were great. Had our first meal in Maine during a recent trip and were completely satisfied! Everything was as it should be. We were seated quickly and served promptly. The server was attentive and took time to explain the specials and menus. I had swordfish with fresh corn on the cob and my daughter had stuffed haddock. We discovered the local soda, Green Bee, left completely empty plates! The bill was reasonable for the area. Would go back in a heartbeat if I lived nearby!
