The attitude from the old lady that works there in the morning is so disturbing and when my daughter even asks what crawled up her butt because she was so rude. What a way to get food at 5:10 in the morning.

Terrible service "everyone" is in there phones and not paying attention to any customers on the floor that and Im pretty caught a shift lead drinking on job buy they had it in a paper bag so who knows what he was doing I would assume hiding something he shouldn't have at the work site but overall place is terrible don't recommend going unless want to be ignored or like eating burnt plastic sandwiches and like ass fingers touching your food.

Everyone who works here was incredibly friendly. I just left and had to make a review because of how nice everyone was to us (Monday 9/30/2024)
I asked for coffe and steamed milk in place of espresso and steamed milk. I travel all over the US and have always ordered this drink from Dunkin Donuts. The young woman flatly refused, saying she followed the rules and the rules are “no coffee and steamed milk.” I left.
