“I dine in and use the drive thru a few times a week, most of the year. Staff is friendly, efficient and demonstrates great customer service. Dining area and restroom are clean. Plenty of product stocked, baked goods are fresh. Breakfast sandwiches hit the spot as well. This is a busy location and they have good help, will continue to support this location.”

“So today, my visit was poorly timed. They were changing over from breakfast to lunch menus, and they told me I'd have a two-minute wait. That was a bit of an underestimate; the actual wait was a bit over ten minutes. It was a touch more vexing that I was only told after I had already paid. I did mention to them that telling me before I paid so that I could make an informed choice would've helped. Totally a 'not anybody's fault, and here's how you can improve' situation.

I went into the store (I had gone through drive-through and had been directed to the 'reserved for drive-through' parking spaces while I waited) as I was somewhat in a hurry. I was offered a refund, despite the 'no cash refunds' sign in the window, but was kind of hesitant (meaning, very hungry) and didn't take it right away. Then the guy who underestimated my wait gave me the refund on his own, along with a couple of free item coupons.

Really, just the refund was enough to make it all honest, so the coupons were already above and beyond. But what really turned the entire experience around for me (and decided me on a five-star review instead of maybe three for honesty, or maybe just not writing one) was when I thought it was over and done with and started to leave. That was when the same guy ran out to catch me and GAVE ME THE FOOD TOO.

I've honestly never seen a fast food place go this far to fix something like this. I normally only expect that level of care from fancier places. I was very impressed.

Being hungry does bad things to anybody's mood. So, getting fed when I'd thought I wasn't gonna be, well, I left pretty happy. I don't visit McDonald's much anymore (times have changed pretty hard, right?) but I'll definitely come back to this one. Wish I'd got the guy's name.”

“We're doing road construction in the area for the summer and I've recently discovered Tea Maineia. Best iced tea I've had, this beats going to any chain coffee place any day. They have plenty of options for teas, sweeteners, etc and it's fun to look around at what they have in store. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Check them out, and ask about the scones!”

“Had my first experience at Orrington Pizza yesterday and it was a great one!! Tried the pizza and I can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve had. The crust around the edge was light and flaky, the sauce was perfect and just the right amount of cheese. The staff working were friendly and professional and the restaurant was spotless. “Friendly staff, pizza was doughy and floppy. I personally prefer my pepperoni on top of the cheese for two reasons. I like to get a little char on the edges of the pepperoni, and you are less likely to pull all of the cheese and toppings off when the toppings aren’t all melted together with the cheese. I ended up with a mouthful of cheese and toppings, and left with bread and sauce. Good ingredients though. The dough was flavorful. Good football pizza.

24 hour update** reheating the slices on a pizza steel makes them delicious. Gives it the crisp it’s missing.”

“Dined there on 6/8/26 4pm. If Chloe would like to make more money waiting tables, she needs to improve her job performance (especially when the place is nearly empty). Always bring the condiment tray over to the table being sure it contains more than one napkin. After serving the food always return to the table no less than a couple minutes to make sure the customer(s) are satisfied with their food. Don't know who chooses the background music but that got one star. A return visit is in the future.”
