I went in to place my order was in line behind someone they got there order taken then it was my turn the McDonald’s employee walked away from me as I was about to place my order and I had waited 8 minutes to order then I got my food and it was cold and the fries were soggy and nasty . My Big Mac had like no onions it had like one spec of onion . The Belfast McDonald’s is significantly better .
I used to work in the food service industry. It really amazes me how I can order the same thing every time and every time they get it wrong The past few times the burgers were mildly warm, tasted like they'd sat in the warmer for a while and thrown together in any way the preparer feels like. I won't be going back to the Bucksport McDonald's cause I would rather drive 25 miles to one that gets the orders correct.

I've had issues before and I understand how difficult the food servixe is but if I go to this location 10 times a month and 5 times out of 10 I have a food quality issue it has to be addressed. Now a days the pay is a decent wage and no excuse for lazy mistakes. No one wants cold French Fries no one??? Also a cheeseburger with a piece of cheese that is completely unmelted, just slapped on when it wasn't even busy is just not acceptable.
