Freshies Winterport

I buy pizza and other things at Winterport On The Run quite a lot. The young man in the deli, Perry, is always so cheerful, friendly and pleasant. He is also polite and respectful. In fact, everyone in the store makes you feel welcome. You have a very good crew!

The service was horrible at checkout. My husband had a bottle of alcohol and the cashier demanded my license as well. It’s very obvious I’m no young kid and I wasn’t the one buying the alcohol. She was rude unfortunately so was I because I was in such disbelief. So if you have anyone under age look out you can’t buy the alcohol. How in the hell does this make sense? We got home. I got a grilled chicken Caesar wrap and it had hardly anything in it. It was all wrap. I’ve lived in Winterport for over 20 years. This will be my last purchase at freshies. And let’s just say we used to go there often

The manager at Freshies is very kind. Our Daisy Scouts sold cookies out front and he was so nice to us. He is definitely a community assest. We will buy more often at his store
