For a McDonald's, this was a pleasant change for several of the other ones that I have visited. Service was prompt, and staff were very personable. The dining area was well lit and mostly clean. The floor could have been cleaner, but considering the traffic flow it was about aversge.

WTH is wrong with this place? I travel all over the country and this is consistently the worst McDonalds I’ve been too. Today I ordered two large fries. All of them were spilled in the bag and total did not even add up to one large order. Asked for a plain double cheeseburger. It was a regular double cheeseburger. Ordered two orders of chicken nuggets and they were ice I mean ice cold. Do better

Wait time can be a hit or miss depending on how busy and staffing. I feel like the workers keep up the best they can and are pretty friendly. The food is alright..convenient. Typically clean inside with lots of dining space.

Parking: Never get the crunchy chicken sandwich ( 4C on the menu I believe) because it is never completely cooked ! Not a good thing at all made me throw up.
I live in Bucksport, and it seems every time I have to wait for service. If you order inside, plan on a wait... probably a long wait and not worth the time. The drive-thru can back up as well. Go to Dunkin, much better all around!

I went through the drive thru at 10:00 pm on Tuesday, October 8th after an evening of kayaking. The person (maybe the manager?) working the window was probably the friendliest and warmest McDonald's employee--nay, PERSON--on the eastern seaboard. They had an excellent attitude and provided the service to match. Tuesday Night Drive Through Operator, if you are reading this and have ever thought about moving to the West Coast, please know that YOU WOULD MAKE A KILLING WORKING AT IN N OUT.

I stopped at Bucksport McDonald's today going to drive through noticed an shappy dressed employee at entrance smoking, on cellphone which didn't same at all appealing to the thought this person had a hand in the preparation of my food.
Waited in line for 53 minutes in the drive through for 2 meals and never even got an "im sorry for the wait" the staff never acknowledge me other than handing me my bag and the food was so caked in mac sauce i had to wipe off most of it with the non existant napkins they gave me. I will be driving to bangor or brewer from now on.... after all its less than the wait here....

Waiting for over 45 minutes in a drive through line because they had their indoor area closed on a Sunday morning during breakfast, couldn't even back out of the drive through because the parking lot was full, just for us to get our order placed and be told to wait another 15 minutes. Plus while sitting at a drive through window you can see the mold and rust growing on the soda machine. Not very happy.

Imagine if any of these people went down to Florida and worked at McDonald's or Boston or New York. Going to Warrans you would not only get better food, but you'd get the food sooner as well. This is not "fast food". I am glad to see they hire people with down syndrome.
