I don't normally complain about understaffed jobs, cause most of the time the people are doing their best. But this wait time is ridiculous. Its so bad that if order is wrong or incomplete you don't wanna go back and complain cause that's an hour of your life gone, just for mediocre food. They owe me at least 50 dollars worth of product do to me being unwilling to go back or wait. Sorry folks late time eating here.

If you like to wait 15 minutes to get cold soggy fries, a room temp big mac with grey hamburger patties Bucksport Maine mcpukes is the place for you. I will NEVER eat mcpukes again.

6:30AM watched multiple try to go in and leave the drive thru. Waited about 10 minutes. Knocked on window, gave a gentle honk. Employee wandering around inside apparently couldn’t hear or see us. Handwritten sign on drive thru and door said open at 6. Called store and was like hey we’ve been sitting out here are you guys open? Employee was very lackluster and said they were the only ones here —ok are you open then or what? They gave no clarity and got testy with me. I was like ok they’re probably stressed. So I was annoyed but said ok well, tell your manager they suck, lol. Then they marched over to the window and were like well I’m the manager so I guess I do suck don’t I. Guess they knew where the window was after all…

It took over 20 minutes to get through drive through for a happy meal, a cone, and a coffee. They didn't have my wife's coffee, and as an alternative offered a small shake with the immediate comment they can't do more because of price (I didn't bring it up, the comment was made immediately with the news.) I don't know why they couldn't have told me the machine is down at the pad, offered a shake to replace a coffee, or they can't offer at least a large to match the coffee when I've already been waiting 20 minutes and it's less than a $2 difference in the retail price. It was a happy meal for my kid and he ate one nugget and two fries and then refused. It was alsoissing the apple slices, which might have been the only part he would have eaten. This was a birthday treat because he usually loves it. Instead we sent him to bed with a snack cup with cereal in it for when he inevitably wakes up hungry. The only one happy about this trip was the dog with the ice cream cone. I wish I could say I was surprised, but this is unfortunately not my first issue at this location. Only go here out of desperation.

Friendly staff, correct order with a smile. Always clean and tidy inside. Great seating choices for everyone. The food is always good and fresh.
This is insane nobody wants more cheese than lettuce and they couldnt even bother to wrap the tortilla the right way. There barley any ranch whatsoever, and the chicken is cold

What's frustrating is that they are charging you an exorbitant sum of money now for this fast food, and it's inevitably at least chilly, if not outright cold. The poor people working there are hugely understaffed. And after you pay $40 for food, there's some missing from your bag. I'm not going back to try to claim it, because if you go through drive thru, it takes *forever* to get through the line, and if you go inside they ignore you like you don't exist. So... My loss again, I suppose. The workers were very friendly, though. I feel for them, I honestly do.
